ここのマレー風フライドチキンがベストだよ、と何人かの友人から聞きました。確かに美味しい。

How beautiful place ! I didn’t know there is such a place surrounded by glasses in JB.
Now we can enjoy “ Muhibbah Buffet Dinner” on Fri and Sat 6:30-10:30pm.

Signature dish is Braised mutton in Claypot over 15 hours ! Mongolian Chicken rice is fragrant and delicious. Fresh dim sum also good.

JBタウンすぐの老舗5つ星ホテル、シスルホテルにあるグラスレストラン。入った途端にわあっと歓声が出るような、ガラス張りの清々しい場所です。このホテルには来たことがありましたが、こんなに晴れやかな気分になる場所があることを知りませんでした。
現在11月末まで金曜土曜に行われているMuhibbahビュッフェディナーは、美味しいものをみんなで分け合おうというテーマ。Muhibbahというのは、善意とか好意とかという意味だそう。マレー料理が中心で、15時間土鍋で蒸したマトンなどの珍しいものもあります。このビュッフェに来るなら、絶対に10/26(土)がオススメ。
20時くらいから20分ほど火のショーがあるのですが、パフォーマーがどんどん近づいてきて火を吹いたり食べたりするのは、すごくエキサイティング。
JB市内にいるのに、まるで遠くのリゾートホテルにいてショーを観ているかの気分になれました。
席が埋まってしまうので、予約必須です。
