Staying hotel is safe, refresh and relax.
All facility ( pool, gym and restaurants) are closing. But Canning in the room is not bad.
At doubletree by Hilton, if you register as a member (free of charge) and install the app, you can finely select your favorite room at the time of mobile check-in.
The fun of staying begins with choosing a room (of course you can leave it to the hotel staff.).
This time my room is King Deluxe Room (RM216〜). It's about half the price of the previously.
Breakfast Room Service is quite good! We can choose 1set from 4kinds set ( Continental, American, Nasi Lemak, Mee Siam).
Beautiful, delicious, big volume !

MCOも1ヶ月も続くと、家にずっといるのもつらいですね。
ホテルステイは、安全でリラックスできて、気分を変えるのにぴったり。しかも以前の半額くらいで泊まれます。
現在はプールもジムもレストランも全てが閉まっていますが、落ち着ける部屋に缶詰というのも悪くないものです。
ダブルツリーは、ヒルトングループのメンバー(無料登録)になると、ウェブチェックインの時に細かくレイアウトを見ながら部屋番号が選べます。ここから宿泊の楽しみが始まる。
ルームサービスの朝食は4種のセットから選ぶのですが、美しく、美味しく、ビッグボリューム。とても満足のいく朝食。アメリカンブレックファーストの定番のビーンズも缶詰ではなく、トマトで数種の豆が煮込まれた自家製。チキンソーセージもパンも美味しかったし、ナシレマにはチキンレンダンとサンバル海老添え。
私の宿泊したキングデラックスルームは2122号室。豊かな緑と海の見えるいい部屋です。

Doubletree by Hilton Johor Bahru の5月と6月のハイティーセット。
今回私はルームサービスでいただきましたが、テイクアウェイでも注文できます。6種のスイーツと7種のセイボリーとお茶で、1人前にしてRM29とお手頃。ターキーハムの真っ赤なサンドウィッチや青いラベンダーブルーベリーエクレア、ザクロの入った水色のメレンゲタルトなど、見た目にもファッショナブルなハイティー。
チキンのキッシュとチョコレートスコーン、マカロンが気に入りました。
写真のフードは1人前。実際のセットには全種類2つずつ入ります。

Super delicious Mango Log Cake!
I didn’t expect before eating. But it is Delicate, moist, and light roll cakes.
I decided to order soon. There are 2type of Log Cake. Mango and Chocolate. RM68/each.
Their Christmas set are very good quality. All dishes are handmade. Fresh ingredients are cooked to delicious dishes. Big volume is suitable for 8-9pax.
Western Set RM498 include Turkey.
I like this Japanese set RM428. Sushi, Salmon, Chicken Roulade, Rice or Pasta, Vegetables, Fried Chicken, Duck pocket, Pan seared Tuna. And Log Cake! All included!
They have a la cart Turkey RM358 and Beef Wellington RM268. But I recommend Family set. More worthwhile.

老舗のグランドパラゴンホテル。
現在一般にはクローズ中ですが、クリスマスとお正月用のスペシャルセットがデリバリーとテイクアウトで販売開始しました。
実際、期待していなかっただけに、マンゴーロールケーキの繊細さと軽さ、質の高さと美味しさに驚きました！生地が素晴らしい。おいしいクリームを使っていて、8-10人分の大きさ。
新しいパティシエが入ったとのことで、今後のこのホテルのケーキに期待です。
丸ごとターキーのセットや、ジャパニーズヒュージョンセットは、ボリュームタップリで、全部手作りで丁寧に作られていて、価格に対して価値があると思いました。シンプルで素材を活かした味付けが多くて満足。焼きサーモンの切り身などもしっかりしています。予約は1週間前までに。12月中ならいつでも受け取れます。

The grouper fish dish doesn’t have any bones. So very easy to eat for kids and old ages. They cook live fish. So fresh !

Everyone like Prawn with Mango RM38.
Sautéed Kailan RM24 cooked with homemade black bean sauce.

モレックのショップロットで7年続く広東料理レストラン。
実は訪れるのは初めてでしたが、どのお料理もとてもおいしくてびっくりしました。
8/31までお得なプロモーションをしていて、4人以上で行くと、2品のうち1品を特価で注文できるというもの。
活魚を調理した、大きな白身魚ガルーパとアサリの蒸し物は、通常RM168がRM58。あっさりした肉厚の白身にはクセのない甘醤油味で誰もが好きな味。その上、骨が全て取り除いてあるので食べやすい。これをいただきに、プロモーション期間中何度も通ってしまいそうな予感。
海老の揚げ春巻きはヤム芋のペーストも一緒に巻き込んでありサクサクで食べ応え十分。
シグネイチャーメニューはカンポンスチームチキン。生姜ソースといただくと絶品。これもほぼ骨が取り除かれています。
定番のエビマヨマンゴーや、カイランのトウチ炒めはもちろんおいしく、新メニューの玄米チャーハンもシンプルで飽きないお味。
全体的に、日本人が好む味付けだと思いました。

A cafe with a good atmosphere that is particular about delicious coffee and homemade dishes.
There are many special coffee menu.
Espresso Pop( Hibiscus flavore) RM13 is interesting. Taste is like flagrant black beer. When Espresso shot put in Soda, bubbles come out. Bitter, flagrant, little bit sour by hibiscus.
Coffee Blossom RM15 is coffee flower tea. We can relax with sophisticated fragrance.
About food, all sauces are made from natural ingredients. They don’t use ready-made sauces. So taste is fresh and delicious.
Lavender Lemon Honey Chicken Chop RM23 is their signature menu.
During Weekday lunch time 12-2pm, when we order Maindish or Rice or Pasta menu, can get free Americano or Tea or Hibiscus Soda.
Salted Egg Chicken Wrap RM17.

工場地帯にあるオシャレなカフェ、JWC factory30の店内でオーダーできます。
美味しいコーヒーとハンバーガーの組み合わせはなかなかいい感じ。パティやチキンを追加して、すごいボリュームのバーガーを楽しむもよし、小腹が空いてるなら、ベビーサイズのバーガーをちょっとだけいただくのもよし。
