Since opening 6 years ago in Sichuan, China, Zuimatou already has more than 600 outlets across China. It’s a popular hotpot restaurant.
Wah! This fancy presentation! Interesting! but the ingredients are blissfully authentic and delicious.
You can choose from 1-3 of 6 different soups.
The Golden Chicken Soup, made by simmering chicken and pumpkin for hours, is deeply delicious. The hotpot's must-have Mala soup is mellowed by the addition of 42° alcohol and butter. I found the spiciness easier to eat compared to other hot pot restaurants.
The restaurant's interior is reminiscent of a pier in Chongqing in the 1920s and 1930s, with a pleasant sea breeze on the terrace and a luxurious private room available for meals totalling RM700 or more.
This is a restaurant you want to come to with more than four people, both for the presentation and the ingredients, which are sure to be a fun !

中国、四川省で6年前にオープンしてから、すでに中国全土に600店舗以上あるズイマトウ。麻辣火鍋の人気店。
この派手なプレゼンテーション!黄金の牛の鍋、天秤にお肉を乗せてる人、ドライアイスの煙が出る船!運ばれて来るたびに思わずにやにや笑ってしまいましたが、至って食材は本格派で美味しいものが出ます。
6種のスープからお好みで1-3種類選べます。
鶏肉とかぼちゃを何時間も煮込んだゴールデンチキンスープはしみじみ美味しい。火鍋にははずせない麻辣スープには、アルコール度数42度のお酒やバターを加えるのでまろやかに。他店と比較して食べやすい辛さだと思いました。
店内は1920年代から1930年代の重慶の桟橋をイメージした外観で、海風が心地よいテラス席や、合計RM700以上の食事で利用できる豪華な個室があります。
盛り付けにも食材にも、これはもう盛り上がること間違いなし。4人以上で来たいお店。

The food selection is something like lunch buffet.

出張で再びこのホテルに2泊。
部屋は満室で、朝食はビュッフェになっていました。(以前はセミビュッフェ。)
他のホテルとちょっと違って、朝食だけど、メニューセレクションが少しランチビュッフェっぽい。
チリコンカルネやチキンフライやケサディーやシェパードパイなど、お肉系のメニューが多くてわりとガッツリ。
スタバで売ってそうな大きなドーナツやケーキも置いてあり、朝からしっかり食べてエネルギーチャージしたい人には嬉しい感じ。
ヘルシーにしたければ、フルーツやサラダや搾りたてリンゴジュースやお粥などももちろんあります。
コスパも良く、電車ビューも素敵。

I had super delicious dinner!
It’s French based cuisine with Japanese influence.
It’s the bistro of Ciantro(One of the best French restaurant in KL) led by Chef Takashi.
Menu selection is classic French style.
The taste was concentrated in a simple presentation. The seasoning of the sauces and the cooking way were exquisite.
The crispy and succulent chicken dish in a cream sauce with morel mushrooms and the beef cheek bourguignon were wonderful flavours that I will miss again.
We ordered starters, mains and desserts a la carte each, with a budget of around RM150〜 per person.

本当においしいフレンチディナー!
KLのフレンチの名店、シェフTakashi率いる「シアントロ」のビストロ「ラ テラス」。ミカサオールスイートホテルのダイニングレストランのテラス部分にあり、8テーブルのみの小さなスペース。
メニューはクラシックなフレンチメニューが中心で、日本のエッセンスも感じられます。
シンプルな盛り付けの中に凝縮したおいしさ。ソース類の味付けや、食材の火の通し方など、絶妙でした。
モリーユ茸のクリームソースにサクサクジューシーな鶏肉のお皿と、牛頰肉のブルギニオンは、また恋しくなる素晴らしい味。
前菜、メイン、デザートとそれぞれアラカルトで注文して、1人分の予算はRM150くらいです。
