KS Treasures serve creative fusion Cantonese dishes.
The food produced by Executive Chef Benson is elegant and refined. From the time we were deciding on the menu, he gave us sound advice on what to order, whether this was recommended or not because it was ordinary.
There were many delicious dishes and generous portions, including a salad with an excellent texture of crispy fish skin and ice plant, golden risotto porridge full of seafood flavour, and a kai lan cooked in two different ways with an exquisite texture.
With six dishes, dessert, beer and tea for seven people, the total cost was about RM420.

普通の中華料理店とはひと味もふた味も違う、創作広東料理店。
エグゼグティブシェフのベンソンが作り出す料理は、上品で洗練された味わい。メニューを決めるときから、これはおすすめとか、これは普通だから注文しなくていいとか、的確にアドバイスをくれました。
パリッパリの魚の皮とアイスプラントの食感が秀逸なサラダや、海鮮の旨味たっぷりの黄金色のリゾット粥や、絶妙な歯応えの2種の調理法のカイランなど、おいしい料理がたくさんで、ボリュームもたっぷり。
7人で6品とデザート、ビールとお茶で、合計RM420ほどでした。

It has been a long time since I stayed at a hotel in Desaru.
The Four Points by Sheraton Desaru was also busy with many guests.
The rooms are spacious, simple and clean, minimalist but with an espresso machine in each room.
The swimming pool, gym and reserved games room are also popular.
The restaurant focuses on coffee, tea and cocktails.
It was just the night of a cocktail event, and the creative cocktails by guest mixologists and soothing music by a DJ attracted regular local customers as well as tourists.

久しぶりのデサルのホテル滞在。
フォーポインツバイシェラトンデサルもたくさんのお客で賑わっていました。
広くてシンプルで清潔な部屋、ミニマムだけどエスプレッソマシーンが各部屋にあり、ゆったりと過ごせます。
プールやジムや予約制のゲームルームも人気。
レストランではコーヒーや紅茶、カクテルにこだわっています。
ちょうどカクテルイベントが行われた夜でしたが、ゲストミクソロジストによるクリエイティブなカクテルとDJによる心地よい音楽は、観光客だけでなく、地元のレギュラーカスタマーをも魅了していました。

マレーシアデーを記念した、BOH TEAとのコラボアフタヌーンティーは、9月末まで毎日実施。
フォーポインツバイシェラトンデサルのアフタヌーンティーは、全体的に味わいはピカイチ。スイーツとセイボリーのバランスがよく、甘さ控えめで、とてもおいしいです。
スコーンもカモミールの風味があり上品。
ドリンクは、スーパーなどでは見かけないBOH ティーのプレミアムセレクションと、さまざまな種類のコーヒードリンクから選べます。ハイビスカスティーは酸味があっておいしかった。

ニューヨークホテルの左手にあり、専用駐車場もあります。
一口いただくと、「あ、おいしい！」と感じる絶妙なバランスの味付け。冷凍品は使わず新鮮な食材のみ使用で、すべてのソース類も自家製。
ここは2002年にスタートしてから20年間、オーナーもシェフも変わらないそう。
フードはハラルだけどビールはあります。夜は超満員。
