今回、ディナーイベントに參加しました。入場前では全員がコロナ検査を受け、萬全の體制。マネージングディレクター：ステファノ・クリーニ氏が乾杯の音頭をとり、ライオンダンスや歌や踴りが華やかに行われました。
ビールは、Danish Pilsner（緑）とSmooth Draught（白）、どちらも滑らかでスムーズな喉越しで、中華料理との相性も良く、料理を引き立ててくれる味だと思いました。

Thistle Johor Bahru Hotel’s CNY2022 has Buffet and Set menu.
My photos are based Buffet on 31st Jan dinner time. But actually you will enjoy more dishes!
Fresh, chunky slipper lobster and other cold seafood, a beautiful and opulent BBQ section, Peking duck and whole baked salmon, a wide variety of main dishes, and (surprisingly) the most popular dish for us was an ingenious one: stuffed squid in a Nyonya curry.
The flamboyance of the dish and the deliciousness of the flavours were a perfect match.

1/31の夜のディナーメニューを基本とした料理をいただきましたが、実際はこれよりも多くのお料理が並ぶとのこと。
新鮮で身の詰まったスリッパロブスターなどの冷製シーフード、美しく豪勢なBBQコーナー、北京ダックに丸ごとベイクドサーモン、バラエティ豊かなメインディッシュ、そして(意外なことに)、私たちにとって1番人気の料理は、工夫を凝らした料理: 詰め物が入ったイカのニョニャカレー。
全体的に、お料理は、見た目の華やかさと味のおいしさがちゃんとマッチしていました。オススメ。
