Savoury was very good. We like Truffle mayo choux and Tart.
We can enjoy selected TWG or Gryphone Tea.

看板のないカフェ。モナコガーデンレストランとウェディングのHギャラリーの上階。階段を上がると、友人の素敵な家のリビングのような空間が広がります。
ケーキとアフタヌーンティー(予約のみ)を提供。お茶はTWGとグリフォン。
トリュフのシューや、タルトなど、セイボリーがとてもおいしかったです。全体的にグッドクオリティ。

This year, Trove Johor Bahru hotel in JB Town area serve 2 kinds of elegant Chinese course and Salmon Yee Sang.
I had Longevity Set RM1088 for 8pax.
It’s traditional Chinese dishes with something fusion elements, Beautifully presented dishes full of edible flowers.
Taste is elegant and good!
We like Deep-Fried Chicken with Rojak sauce very much !
The Salmon Yee Sang use vegetarian Salmon. So everyone can enjoy it! The texture is almost real salmon. So if they didn’t mention it was vegetarian salmon, we wouldn’t know.
These course available 18th Jan to 15th Feb. Make reservation at least 3days in advance !

伝統的な中華料理メニューを基本にしつつ、盛り付けにエディブルフラワーを取り入れてヒュージョン風の盛り付けに。
美しくてエレガント。味も優しく程よく美味しいです。
イーサンには、どなたでも楽しめるようにベジタリアンサーモンを使用。大豆ジェリー的な原材料で作られたサーモンですが、言われないとわからないような、かなり本物のサーモンに近い食感でした。

And Sumtuous Treasure Pot” Poon Choi”(17kinds of ingredients !!) and 4kinds of Yee Sang.

3つのコースがあり、Cコースをいただきましたが、アワビ入りのイーサンからはじまり、トリュフと並ぶ高級食材、モリーユ(アミガサタケ)とチキンのダブルボイルドスープ、アワビやナマコ、干し牡蠣、海老や鴨など17種類もの具材満載のトレジャーポット、ポンティアン産のマナガツオのガーリックソース蒸し、アワビときのこの中華風リゾット、アロエとパッションフルーツのレモングラスゼリー、粘りのある自家製ニエンガオと、おめでたさ満載です。洗練された味はとてもおいしい。
