Dumplings & Noodles House at Permas Jaya.
The chef lived in many countries, and worked at a Michelin Hong Kong-style dim sum restaurant in Australia for more than five years. He insists on hand-made all food and sauces without any artificial additives.
Signature Seven colours dumplings RM12.4 are toned by vegetable juice, without artificial coloring. The 7 types of seafood dumplings are fun. Blue cheese, Black truffle, Salted Egg, Mala.... All deferent taste and fragrant.
One of the popular menu, Spicy fried noodle with Chicken RM12.4 is everyone’s favourite Mala taste.
Braised beef brisket with Zhuhou sauce RM16.4 is very tender.
雲白肉(Sliced Pork belly) RM9.4 also good.
Everything is very good quality, reasonable price.
It will be one of my routine restaurant lists.

パルマスジャヤにある餃子とヌードルレストラン。
シェフはオーストラリアのミシュラン香港スタイルの点心レストランで5年以上シェフとして働いてきたそう。全ての料理とソースを手作りにこだわり、人工添加物や人工着色料を一切使わないのがポリシー。麺も自家製です。
シグネイチャーの7色餃子は、カラフルですが全て野菜ジュース由来の色。ベースはシーフードのアンで、そこにさまざまな素材を組み合わせることで、異なった味わいと香りを生み出しています。
ブルーチーズやトリュフ味などもあり、焼き餃子にすることも可能。私は蒸し餃子でいただきましたが、焼きの方が合うと思いました。
ウンパイロウと、1番人気のチキンスパイシー焼きそばは、四川風のマーラー味。絶妙で具沢山でおいしいです。焼きそばはレススパイシーでちょうどよい感じ。
牛の煮込みは、大豆からできたZhuhouソースなどで煮込んだ中国家庭料理風の料理。とても柔らかく煮込まれていて、手軽にこれが買えるのは嬉しい。
この料理全部でRM50ちょっと。
クオリティの高い料理がお手頃です。パルマスジャヤ付近へのデリバリーなら、直接お店にWhatsappでオーダーすると配達してくれます。

Beloved Cafe & Restaurant at Eco Botanic.
As the restaurant name “ The Five”, there are at least 5 natural colours to have in their each meal.
The concept is “ Reduce the burden of diet”. All foods are Less oil, Less salt, No MSG, No Sugar.
But amount is big. Looks very beautiful. So you’ will be satisfied both stomach and feeling.
The chicken grown on pineapple is tender and moist, and the vegetables are cooked perfectly. The purple cabbage inside Brown rice is crunchy and good impact. They’re Carefully cooked meals.
I want to eat every week !

エコボタニックにあるヘルシーコンセプトのカフェレストラン。店名の通り、1食に少なくとも5色の自然からの色が入ります。
カラフルで美しい見た目だけでなく、完璧な火の通り具合の野菜、柔らかくしっとりしたチキン、ブラウンライスには紫キャベツのみじん切りがサクサクしていいアクセント。
バランスがよく、おいしくてボリュームたっぷりで、お腹も心も満たされる食事です。
全てのメニューがオイルも塩も控えめ、砂糖不使用、化学調味料不使用。
週に1度は食べたくなる感じ。

So nice ! I was looking for Sachet of Premium coffee.( Usually I see sachet with kopi. I wanted it with Premium coffee !)
This Sachet with “West Java Liberica” is Medium dark roasted. The Liberica bean is very rare. Only 1% of whole world’s coffee supply amount.
Taste is fruity. But not sour. I like this taste so much. Good balanced.
If we get sachet, we can drink premium coffee easily. And, I can make Cold Brew coffee!
They sell 2 types sachet. Original and With Gula Melaka. More beans selection will come !
“Gunung Haru Honey Processed” is Strawberry-like taste. Little bit sour. And rich fragrant.
Why I knew this coffee brand ?
Last time, I found an article about “150 years of history of Kopitiam”
And I knew that one coffee lover from Terengganu ( Famous by Leatherback Turtles), who provided information for this article, started a coffee shop “ Leatherback Coffee”.
I was curious about what kind of coffee would be accepted by him who is quite familiar with coffee. So I ordered some kinds of coffee.
Their premium coffee beans are from Indonesia. There are whole beans and sachet type.

以前、「150年以上続くコピティアムの歴史」という記事を見つけ、興味深くてこれを参考に日本語の記事を書きました。
で、この情報提供者は大のコーヒー好きで、多くのカフェやコピティアムに行ってはおいしいコーヒーを追い求め、とうとう自分で納得のいくコーヒー豆を見つけて、オンラインのコーヒーショップをスタートしたということを知りました。興味が湧いたので取り寄せてみました。
彼はトレンガヌー出身で、その名物であるオサガメ(Leatherback Sea Turtles)をブランドにしたとのこと。
インドネシア産の数種のコーヒー豆を扱っています。
3種類を飲んでみて、それぞれおいしく、納得の味わいと香りだったのですが(詳しくは書ききれず。)、とくに気に入ったのは、個包装のサシェタイプ。サシェはマレーシアのローカルコーヒーでよく見ますが、これらは甘いので、通常のプレミアムコーヒーの何も添加しないものが欲しいと思っていたのです。
サシェだと美味しいコーヒーが簡単に飲めるし、個包装で旅行などにも持って行きやすいし、水出しコールドブリューも作りやすい！
オススメです！

Sometimes we are encouraged by the smallest words. They can be inspiring.
When I opened plastic bag of food delivery, suddenly some words come in my sight.
Here is Kopitiam located in 2nd floor.
We can enjoy heartwarming local Kopitiam foods.
Their Nasi Lemak Special with fried chicken set RM16.9 is very good. Sambal is not too spicy.
And I recommend 2nd Floor Fried Bee Hoon set RM15.9. It is filled with many ingredients such as chicken, shrimp and fish cakes.

フライドビーフンは具沢山。
パッケージに、ちょっとした言葉が書いてあるラベルが貼ってあり、オーナーの「人々を元気付けたい」という気持ちが嬉しい。
オーソドックスなコピティアムフードですが、こういう心遣いがあるとファンになります。

タウンエリアに去年オープンしたおしゃれな和食レストラン。
近辺のカフェ、The Replacement Lodge & Kitchen なども同じ系列店。
手頃な価格で、利用しやすいのでわりとよくここにデリバリーをオーダーしています。
いろいろ試した中で、丼メニューやまぜそばはいい感じ。特に気に入ってるのはサーモンアボカド海鮮ちらしと、鰻卵丼。柔らかな卵焼きと鰻はよく合います。添えられている鰹節と海苔ととびっこもいいアクセント。
お寿司はちょっと硬く握りすぎな感じがします。うどんとラーメンは食べたことがありませんが、友人からの評判は良いです。
