The place is at shoplot. Previously this place was Tabushi Ramen.
Ramen hitoyoshi have 4 outlets in Singapore.
Tonkotsu Ramen is from RM16.8.
With all toppings RM26.8. It include a lot of Pork meat! Face size big Char Siew, Aburi Belly, Pork Shogayaki….
You will be very full.
When you can order, choose salty level, oil level, noodle type and texture.
If you want to try “Japan Ramen” Taste, I think you should choose Strong Taste and More Oil. ( sometimes Malaysia feel very salty about Japanese Ramen).
They serve Free Bean Sprout dish.

オースティンの田ぶしがあった場所に、新しいラーメン屋さんがオープン。
その名もラーメン人吉。豚骨醤油ラーメンのお店で、シンガポールに4店舗あるようです。
とんこつラーメンはRM16.8からとリーズナブル。全部載せはRM26.8で、顔くらいの大きさの特大チャーシューと炙り豚バラ、豚の生姜焼きが入ってお肉たっぷり。
オーダー時に味のレベルや油の量、麺の種類や茹で方が選べます。
日本人好みの味は、味強め、油多め、でオーダーするのがよさそう。好みの味付けを見つけてください！
最初にもやしのおつまみ(無料)が出てきます。

There are 3 outlets in JB, 1 outlet in KL.
Toppen outlet have mini playground. Many kinds of casual foods and dessert is suitable to family.
It’s very convenient in between shopping.
Seafood Tom Yam Hotpot RM27.8 is big volume for 2-3pax. Lemon slices are refreshing.
Chef Recipe Salmon RM28.8 is one of their signature menu.
Some Instagramable desserts are good for sharing.

New Open! Drinking place in the factory area !
Stepping into the restaurant, you will find yourself in a large space inspired by a forest. You can enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine from the Chinese restaurant Meng Kitchen next door, as well as a wide range of drinks and mocktails.
There is a stage in the restaurant, which will soon become a place where you can have a drink while listening to live music. The restaurant is spacious and we saw a group of people having a birthday party.
Popular dishes include Hokkien mee, Tilapia in garlic sauce and Giant prawn Bee hoon in cheese sauce.
All of these dishes were very tasty.
You can have a full meal or just order a snack with your favourite drinks!

ニューオープン！オースティンの工場地帯にできたナイトスポット。
一歩店内に入ると、森をイメージした広い空間。隣にある中華料理店「銘厨房(Meng Kitchen)」の本格中華料理と、お酒やモクテルの数々を楽しめます。
店内にはステージがあり、近い将来生演奏を聴きながらお酒を飲める場所になるとのこと。店内は広く、バースデーパーティーを行っているグループもいました。
人気の料理は、ホッケンミーやティラピアのガーリックソース、大海老のチーズソースビーフンなど。
どれをいただいてもとてもおいしかったです。
しっかりとした食事もいただけるし、スナック程度のものだけを注文することもできます。

Four Points by Sheraton Desaru @Desaru, Johor
Grand Opening! New hotel!
I attended the grand opening ceremony and stayed on the first day.
After long term MCO, new hotel opened in the heart of Desaru town.
10 minutes drive from the beach and water theme park. Weekend mornings and evenings there is a shuttle bus every 30 minutes to the beach (you can go to the Westin's private beach).
Maverick Loh, General Manager said:
“The most notable things about this hotel are: 1) it is a brand with 4-star international standards; 2) it works with the local community; and 3) it is part of the Marriott Bonvoy Group, which consists of 30 brands of hotels around the world, making it easy to earn points and get benefits.”
A simple but relaxing hotel with good sense. Room rates are reasonable, starting from RM242 per room. The rooms are spacious and have a resort feel to them despite being in the town area. All rooms have a terrace and coffee machine.
I like here so much !
The hotel is family friendly with free rental fee floating rings at the swimming pool, Games room available by reservation, Planetarium and tent in the family room.
“The Mesh” is an all-day dining restaurant with indoor seating and a terrace next to the pool, serving artisan coffee, craft beers and big portions of local and western cuisine.

ショップロットが連なる中にあるフォーポインツバイシェラトンデサルは、ビーチやウォーターテーマパークから車で10分の距離。週末の朝と夕方は30分毎にビーチ(Westinのプライベートビーチに入れます。)へのシャトルバスが出ています。

プールでの浮き輪の貸し出しが無料だったり、予約によりゲームルームが使用できたり、ファミリールームにはプラネタリウムとテントが装備されていて家族連れにも優しいホテル。
オールデイダイニングの「The Mesh」には室内の席とプール横のテラス席があり、アルチザンコーヒーやクラフトビール、ビッグボリュームのローカル&西洋料理がいただけます。
11月末までの滞在予約で朝食がRM1になるプロモーション実施中。

I’m regular customer of this restaurant. We can enjoy comfort foods at convenient shopping mall and Pelangi Shoplot.
We Japanese like and often order Ma Po Tofu 麻婆豆腐 RM11.9 and Lei Cha 擂茶 (Thunder Rice) RM8.9 here. (I think this Ma Po Tofu is one of the best in JB!)
I didn’t know there were many “new” taste in Hakka Dishes. It’s very traditional taste. But for me, something very new.
I like Yam Abacus RM10.9, Garlic Red Oil Dumplings RM8.9 and Pork Belly Soup Noodle in 3kinds of wine RM12.9.
If eat Dry Hakka Minded meat noodle RM8.9 everyday, not boring. Lei Cha fried rice RM11.9 include a lot of vegetables.
Drunken Chicken Set RM20.9 is so special! So drunken! So wine! It’s one of most popular menu. I can’t finish. If I eat all, Can’t drive.
They have some collaborate Menu.
虫草花soup RM16.9 is Collaborate with Herbal Farmer.
Their new brand “Minch Minch”’s Minch( Hamburg) is juicy, meaty, and big size.

ハッカ(客家)料理レストラン。
現在はミッドバレー内とペランギに店舗があります。
便利で手頃な価格なので、ここにはよく来ます。麻婆豆腐はJB内でベスト。メニューがたくさんありますが、日本人はレイチャ(ハッカライス)や麻婆豆腐をオーダーすることが多いと思います。
今回、いろんなメニューを試して驚き。伝統料理なのになんか新しい！日本では出会わないような新しい味わいの料理がたくさん。
定番ハッカ料理のヤムイモボールはもちもちで、食感が面白いドライ湯葉とひき肉と共に炒められています。みんなが好きな味。
3種のお酒が入った豚バラスープ麺は、オススメ！ハマります。「酔っ払い鶏セット」はここの人気メニューの一つだそう。強烈にお酒！甘みもあって酔っ払う！ちょっと私は完食は厳しいほど。食べたあと運転していいのか不安。お酒好きな方はぜひお試しを。
レイチャフライドライスは野菜たっぷり。漢方ブランドとのコラボした冬虫夏草のスープなどもあります。
ここの新しいブランド、「ミンチミンチ」のハンバーグもメニューに載る予定。これは、日本の「びっくりドンキー」のハンバーグを彷彿とさせるような、和風のような感じのジューシーなハンバーグ。(デリバリーで注文可。)
ハッカ料理の探求はなんか新しくて面白い。
