Just followed the instructions and pan-fried both sides in a frying pan for 2 minutes each after defrost.
I can feel the fragrant aroma of smoke, moderate saltiness, the complex umami that results from it, and the sweetness of the lamb itself. Juicy and tender. If you are a food lover, you should know this deliciousness.
I want this for my birthday gift than cakes.
You can keep it in freezer.
Bao buns of Smoked Pork Belly and pineapple also tasty! The pork belly is so fragrant and delicious, you'll finish two of them in no time!

これまででベストじゃないか、というくらいおいしいスモークラムラック。
ほどよいスモークの香ばしい香り、ちょうどよい塩加減、スモークによって引き出された複雑な旨味とラムそのもののお肉の甘味。ジューシーで柔らか。説明書通りに、解凍後にフライパンで両面を2分ずつ焼いただけ。
それでこんなにおいしくいただけるなんて。
冷凍庫にキープできるし、誕生日プレゼントはケーキよりむしろこれが欲しい、というくらいおいしいです。フードラバーにはぜひ試して欲しい。
スモークハウス”Rowan & Parsley”の、あの美しいお庭とインテリア、本格テキサスBBQが恋しい。
現在は事前予約のピックアップかデリバリーだけですが、本格テキサスBBQをすぐ楽しめる、バオのサンドウィッチと、冷凍真空パックが登場しました。
スモークした豚バラとパイナップルのバオサンドも、スモークに引き出されたお肉自体のおいしさが楽しめて、あっという間に2個食べ終わってしまいます。
ビールやワインと組み合わせるのをお忘れなく！おいしさ倍増です。

Incredible value for money!
The Renaissance Hotel offers 4kinds of set of Asian cuisine with a focus on bold barbecue.
From appetizers to desserts, the set includes 10-12 kinds of dishes.
They said it’s for 2pax. But I think it’s volume for 4pax.
It’s like Hotel buffet at home.
We can enjoy Gorgeous ingredients like Beef, Lamb, Prawn, Squid….
Taste is of course delicious.
My recommend set is Asian Hawker Set RM98. It’s include Durian dessert too.

これは4人前はあるすごいボリューム。メインディッシュだけで、ビーフやラムやチキンやソーセージ、さらにセットによってはイカまで入ります。まるでおうちでミニホテルビュッフェを楽しんでいる感じ。

Congratulations on the 7th anniversary of opening Doubletree by Hilton Johor Bahru!
I still remember being so happy about the opening of the new hotel in July 2014 that I immediately booked a room and stayed on the club floor with my friends.
It's nice to see that, despite the current situation, it continues to be one of the symbols of the city and offers good hospitality!
The theme of the Afternoon Tea celebrating its 7th anniversary is The Ruby Red. You can enjoy 11 kinds of colourful cuties and 2 premium Dilmah tea.

私のベスト3は、パンダン・グラメラカとココナッツのスコーン、ダブルチョコレートタルト、スモークチキンとスイスチーズのブリオッシュ。
デリバリーしてくれるので、お家でゆったり楽しんだり、お友達へのギフトにもぴったり。透明な箱が素敵。

Steamboat and Chinese restaurant in Pelangi for 25 years, since 1996.
The special stramboat soup is made by simmering a lot of chickens for more than 6 hours every day, and the taste is clear and fan favorite.
The steamboat set in my photo is only RM28 ! and contains about 10 different ingredients. If you order for 2pax, RM50.
It's nice to be able to enjoy such a tasty hot pot without the hassle of getting all the ingredients together.
There is plenty of soup so you can add your own ingredients at home. The home-made meatballs and other dumplings are fresh, tender, and very tasty. So I would definitely order more.
It is no wonder that many customers order frozen Gyoza and dumplings during this MCO period.
Along with the hot pot, the Gyoza, steamed chives dumplings and crispy rolls also make a great side or snack.
The vegetable curry is also good, rich aroma and not too spicy. It is served with fried mantou.

1996年から、ペランギで25年間続くスチームボートと中華料理レストラン。
毎日たくさんの鶏を6時間以上煮込んで作る特製鍋スープは、スッキリとしていてファンも多い味。この私の写真の鍋セットは1人前の量RM28で、約10種類も具が入っています。
材料を揃える手間がなく、こんなにおいしくお鍋がいただけるのは嬉しい。スープがたっぷりあるので、自宅で具を加えられるのもいいですね。自家製の肉団子などのすり身系が、新鮮でやさしい味でしみじみとてもおいしいので、ぜひ追加でオーダーしたい。
このMCO期間中には、冷凍餃子や肉団子をオーダーするお客が多いというのが頷けます。
お鍋と一緒に、焼き餃子、蒸しニラ餃子、クリスピーロールもサイドメニューやおつまみにぴったり。
野菜カレーも深みがありつつ辛すぎずよい味。揚げマントウと一緒にいただきます。
アラカルトメニューや冷凍餃子はオーダー後、お店でピックアップが必要です。
全体的にやさしいおいしさで、日本人が好む味だと思いました。

Nordic Minimalist Cafe’s delicious bagels, Brioche, Choux and Cold Brew Coffee!
The bagels are baked to order, and are the best ever - Chewy, chunky but not too hard, and full of flavour. Fresh and finest bagels!
The cream cheese with herbs is also excellent. The kimchi cream cheese is sour and spicy.
The chocolate brioche is made with a lot of couverture dark chocolate. It is crispy, moist and chocolatey. Another must-order.
The small cream puffs come in an assortment of 4 varieties. The flavours are soft and custardy. Matcha and Earl Grey are also very flavourful.
The cold brew coffee is made by house barista who spends two days to bring out the maximum aroma of the coffee. Gently sweet. Very tasty iced coffee. I don't normally drink sweet coffee, but I thought this was very tasty.
There are more and more shops that serve bagels in JB, but I can confidently recommend the bagels here.

オーダーが入ってから焼き上げるベーグルは、もっちりしつつも固すぎず、風味が良くて最高の出来栄え。サンドウィッチにしても食べやすいと思います。すごくおいしいベーグル！
このハーブ入りクリームチーズも絶品。キムチクリームチーズは酸味と程よい辛味。
チョコレートブリオッシュは、クーベルチュールのダークチョコレートをふんだんに使用。サックリしっとりしていて、チョコを楽しむパン。これも絶対オーダーしたい。
小ぶりのシュークリームは4種のアソート。カスタード寄りの優しい味わい。抹茶やアールグレイも風味が濃いです。
コールドブリューコーヒーは、バリスタが2日間かけて最大限にコーヒーの香りを引き出しています。ホワイトコーヒーは優しい甘さ。とてもおいしいアイスコーヒー。普段、甘いコーヒーは飲みませんが、これはとってもおいしいと思いました。
JBでベーグルを出すお店も増えましたが、ここのベーグルは自信を持ってオススメできます。
