おいしいスナックに出会った2人が、みんなにその味を知って欲しいとスタートしたスナックブランド「Stupid Chicken Snacks」。
まあ普通のスナックだろうと思って食べたら、手が止まらない。後日また食べたくなる味でした。100%自然の材料のみ使用。
バナナはかなりの薄切りにしてから粉をつけて焼かれ、揚げられています。こんな薄くてクリスピーなバナナチップははじめて。優しくて子供のおやつにも。
ナチョチップスは控えめなピリ辛。でもコーンの風味がしっかりしています。
価格もRM6/8で手頃。ジッパーバッグに入ってちょうど良いサイズ。(でも食べ切ってしまう確率大。)

パサマラムタマンスリアのRM1のフライドチキン屋さんが近くのショップロットに店を構えました。
毎日4時から夜遅くまで営業。驚くのはその値段。ロッロッ(串料理)はどれでも1串RM0.99。海老もイカも同プライス。60種くらいあるそう。好きなものを選んで、ボイルかフライか選んで調理してもらいます。フライはオリジナルかスパイシーの味付けがあり、そのままいただいてもおいしいですが、ディップソースが20種くらいあります。
フライドチキンはぜひ揚げたてをオーダーして！衣を薄くまぶして揚げているチキンは、日本の唐揚げと味も雰囲気も似ていて、飽きずにいつでも食べたい味。お弁当などにも使えます。タピオカティーなどもRM8で売っています。これはしっかり甘い。
好きなだけ食べても1人RM20しないと思います。一度行ってみる価値あり。(注意:ビールが飲みたくなりますがありません。)

オーダーメイドでコースを組み立ててくれます。
今回のコースはとれもラグジュアリー。
たっぷりのキャビアの下は食感を残した甘海老のムース。
一緒に出てくるホタテとトリュフのお料理のわさびクリームと、味の相関性があり素晴らしい。
意外に食べたことのなかった、フォアグラとうなぎの組み合わせもかなりイケます。
アワビの酒蒸しは柔らかくて肝と昆布の出汁がしっかり出たソースで。
ランチ営業のスタートも期待したいところですが、ある程度人数が集まれば、昼間でも店を開けてくれるとのことです。

If you want to eat comfort foods, Yes. Their Laksa RM20 is quite good taste. There are Fried Kway Teow RM16 and Fried rice RM16.
If you want to eat lunch, Beef Burger and Vegetable Burger RM36each is very delicious.

本格スペインタパスだけでなく、アジアンタパス、パスタ、ハンバーガー、ローカルフード、本格メインディッシュとかなりたくさんのメニュー。お酒と一緒にいろいろなものを少しずつシェアしていただくだけでなく、一皿ランチなどにも使えるお店。
お料理はどれもすごく美味しくて、あえてオススメメニューを挙げるのは難しいくらい。タパスもラクサもハンバーガーもおいしかった。ワインの品揃えが豊富ですが、カジュアルに楽しむならスパークリングワインもボトルでRM100からあって、すごくお手頃感あります。昼飲みにぜひ！
