Every morning they buy fresh whole chicken around 60pc !

Original and Spicy chicken is only RM1/pc.
Very crispy and juicy. Taste is quite good.
Korean sauce RM1.5/pc is not too sweet. Spicy and little bit sour. It’s the most popular taste here !

昨日ご紹介したさつまいもドーナツのKeriaと同じ屋台街にあるRM1のフライドチキン屋さん。
毎朝新鮮な丸ごとチキンを60羽も！仕入れているそう。それをカットしてスパイス入りの粉をつけて揚げ、好みによってソースをかけるだけの簡単な作業。
なのに、揚げたてはカリッとしてジューシーで、ほどよい大きさで、本当に美味しいフライドチキンです。
スパイシーはほどほどのピリ辛具合。1番人気の韓国チキンは1pcRM1.5。甘すぎず少し酸味もあるソースはしっかり辛くておいしい。
パサマラム(ナイトマーケットという意味)という名の屋台街ですが、昼間長時間営業しているから寄りやすいです。

There is simple stall selling only 2 kinds of Kuih Keria in the Pasar Malam Taman Suria.
After started the business from 2 years ago, Now they sell it 3000pc per day by stall, delivery and supply to cafe !
Handmade Kuih Keria include 99% sweet potato & a little bit flour and sugar.
After fry, coating with Gula Melaka and white sugar. It’s crunchy, chewiee and creamy. You will be repeater.
Sometimes they use Orange sweet potato, Purple sweet potato etc. And for delivery, they also sell fusion style Kuih Keria like putting jam etc.
RM3 for 5pc.. Delivery minimum price is RM6 for 10pc + delivery charge.

クエクリアというお菓子をご存知でしょうか？
マラッカで定番の昔ながらのおやつ。さつまいもドーナツで、揚げバナナと同じようにメジャーなスイーツです。
この、マレー屋台が立ち並ぶ場所にオープンしているクリアハウスは、グラマラカ(ココナッツシュガー)でコーティングと白砂糖コーティングの2種のクエクリアを売るだけのシンプルな店。でも聞いて驚きました。この店とデリバリーと卸で、5個RM3のドーナツを1日3000個も売ると！1日に70kgものさつまいもを使っていると！
2年前から営業しているとのことで、リピーターのファンもついているようです。
生地には99%さつまいも、たった1%の粉と砂糖を混ぜ、油で揚げて砂糖でコーティング。
シンプルながら、カリカリもっちりとろりとした甘いドーナツはハマります。
10個RM6から、デリバリーも可能(別途配送料)。生地は砂糖抜きというオーダーも可能だそうなので、まわりの甘さだけがいい場合はそのようにオーダーを！3口サイズで、子供のおやつにもぴったり。

クルアンのストリートアート内部にひっそりある小さな小さなカフェ。通りにテーブルと椅子を出して、オープンエアでコーヒーやトースト、ケーキなどがいただけます。
オープン直後の10時に行ったら座れましたが、11時ごろには何組も来ていたので、タイミングを見計らって行くのがよさそう。
日陰でファンがあるので暑くなく、歩行者専用通路なのでゆったりと時間が止まったような感覚。すごく素敵なカフェです。
朝ごはんにパンとラテをいただきましたが、シンプルで美味しかったです。
