They opened 3months ago.
But already there are many regular Vietnamese and local customers!
Everyday 10am-10pm open.
Relax atmosphere. Delicious foods!
Special menu is Beef Pho RM25 and Chicken pho RM18. They are traditional soup noodle with Hot Rock Bowl. Can keep hotness. Big volume for 2pax. Rich and tasty soup broth.
Black pepper beef Udon RM15.5 is my favourite. And you must order Vietnamese spring roll RM13 and Grilled Pork Bread RM8.5.
There are many food selection.
Roasted Pork and Hot Rock Stone Beef Pot also nice. They have Seafood dishes and rice dishes too.
Vietnamese Coffee RM7. Thai ice dessert “ Che” RM12.
ペランギ近くに8月にオープンしたベトナムカフェレストラン。すでに昔からあるように、多くのベトナム人とローカルのリピーター客で賑わっています。
カフェとして利用できますが、メニューのラインナップはかなりたくさんあり本格レストランとしての利用も。フォーのスープは奥深く味わい深いし、ベトナムサンドウィッチのバインミーはまさにベトナム味。お店のイチオシは、石鍋フォー。2人分くらいのボリューム。温かさをキープしてるのでずっと美味しくいただけます。生春巻きも、ベトナム風ローストポークも、ブラックペッパービーフうどんも、どれも美味しくていいお店です。

Each dish are so wonderful, I want to mention detail. But not enough space !

ペナンの有名なファインキュイジーヌのシェフが、新たなコンセプトで仲間とオープンさせたお店。
日本料理の素材の良さを活かしたシンプルさ、アジア料理の複雑で奥深い味わい、ファインダイニングの洗練さと上質感を融合させた上で、カジュアルな居酒屋スタイルで気軽な料金体系。
さまざまなソースや味わいを取り入れた料理はどれも素晴らしく、ぜひいろいろなものをオーダーして試して欲しいです。
やきとりは備長炭で焼いています。メニューは2ヶ月ごとに少しずつ変えていく予定とのこと。
お酒持ち込み料は、1本あたりRM40。
予約がオススメ。私はその場ですぐ次の予約をいれました。
