When eat this restaurant’s dishes, Most of customers says it’s the taste of mother. And some say it’s the taste that meets memories.
Eat & Co. opened 1 year 10months ago at Sutera. After MCO, they restart only delivery service.
These recipe of chef’s uncle started in Kluang 30years ago. They use only fresh ingredients. Noodles were made by nearly 100years old noodle house.
Homemade taste is suitable to everyone.
Soup meals A set RM17.9
( Dry Fu Zhou noodle with 3 meat balls + Pork Soup) ※can select noodle or rice + soup
A plenty of soup has a lot of ingredients such as egg, vegetables, pork, meat balls, tofu.
Noodle is simple taste.
Fried meat ball is their signature. Taste and texture is quite good.
It’s better you order extra this meat ball.
Fried dumplings RM7.9 have a lot of minced meat.

約2年前にステラにオープンした麺とご飯のお店。MCOの影響を受け、現在はデリバリーサービスのみ再開しました。
30年前からクルアンで続くおじさんのレシピを引き継いで、家庭的な優しい味わいをお届け。中国の南方の、薄味で飽きない味付けは、懐かしい気持ちにさせると評判です。
シグネイチャーは肉団子。粗切りされた豚肉の食感と味わいはかなり美味しい。追加オーダー必須。
スープセットは選べる麺かご飯にたっぷりの具沢山スープ付き。バランスも良いです。
GrabやFood Pandaなどでオーダーできます。

The grouper fish dish doesn’t have any bones. So very easy to eat for kids and old ages. They cook live fish. So fresh !
Steamed Chicken ( Half) RM38 also doesn’t have almost bones. Free range chicken is yummy. It’s signature menu.
Deep fried Spare Ribs with shrimp sauce RM10/1p is big and juicy.
Everyone like Prawn with Mango RM38.
Sautéed Kailan RM24 cooked with homemade black bean sauce.
Fried Brown Rice with vege RM18 is new menu.
I enjoyed this lunch so much. All dishes are very tasty.

モレックのショップロットで7年続く広東料理レストラン。
実は訪れるのは初めてでしたが、どのお料理もとてもおいしくてびっくりしました。
8/31までお得なプロモーションをしていて、4人以上で行くと、2品のうち1品を特価で注文できるというもの。
活魚を調理した、大きな白身魚ガルーパとアサリの蒸し物は、通常RM168がRM58。あっさりした肉厚の白身にはクセのない甘醤油味で誰もが好きな味。その上、骨が全て取り除いてあるので食べやすい。これをいただきに、プロモーション期間中何度も通ってしまいそうな予感。
海老の揚げ春巻きはヤム芋のペーストも一緒に巻き込んでありサクサクで食べ応え十分。
シグネイチャーメニューはカンポンスチームチキン。生姜ソースといただくと絶品。これもほぼ骨が取り除かれています。
定番のエビマヨマンゴーや、カイランのトウチ炒めはもちろんおいしく、新メニューの玄米チャーハンもシンプルで飽きないお味。
全体的に、日本人が好む味付けだと思いました。

各種デリバリーサービスにてお弁当スタイルの注文ができたり、スービッド調理のお湯で3分あたためるだけで本格的な美味しさを楽しめるパックの販売、店でイートイン(予約のみ)もできます。
新鮮な食材と、エクストラバージンオイル、フレッシュハーブ、ヒマラヤソルトでマリネ。
その後スービッド(低温真空調理)されたチキンやサーモン、スズキなどは、しっとりジューシーに仕上がって、シンプルな素材を活かした味付けは日本人誰もが好む味。
冷凍パックではなく、冷蔵パック。お湯に3分ほどつけるだけでいただけて、1週間日持ちします。

ダブルツリーヒルトンで現在行われているディナータイムのオーダービュッフェ。
シーフード盛り合わせは1テーブルに1回だけの提供ですが、その分、大人RM66とリーズナブルな価格設定。その他は食べ放題。
品数はものすごい多いわけではないのですが、料理1品1品はおいしく、中華料理やパスタなども作りたてが提供され、ちゃんとしているので満足度が高いです。
コーヒーや紅茶飲料もオーダー可。アイスカプチーノなども。
マレー料理のスパイシーなビーフリブやオーソブッコ、中華のバタープラウン、西洋料理のカルボナーラや蒸し野菜がとくに評判が良かったです。
月曜の夜に行きましたが、満席に近いほどお客がたくさんいたので、予約した方がよさそう。
子供は半額、6人以上で行くと1人分が無料になります。

This is All day Dining Restaurant at Hilton Petaling Jaya.
Hotel guest have breakfast here.
During RMCO, we choose what we want to eat from menu.
A lot of menu selection. Breads are warm and tasty. Seafood Congee have a lot of seafood. Juice is fresh squeezed. Hot chocolate is no sugar, so we adjust sweet level. Egg dishes are also good.
Very good quality breakfast !
This time I strayed Executive Room for RM205. Include Cocktail time and breakfast. Worthwhile !
ヒルトンペタリンジャヤ。KL中心部から30分ほど離れているので、今の時期は本当にお得な価格で宿泊できます。今回はエグゼクティブルームをRM205で予約。エグゼクティブラウンジは閉鎖されていますが、ダイニングラウンジでカクテルタイムにお酒と軽い食事、それと朝食付き。(スイートルームでもRM300ちょっとで宿泊できるようです)。
朝食はダイニングレストランでいただきます。普段はビュッフェですが、現在はたくさんあるメニューから好きなものを好きなだけ選ぶ仕組み。
オレンジジュースやスイカジュースはフレッシュフルーツからの搾りたて。ホットチョコレートは砂糖なしで、自分で甘さを調節できる。
卵料理は付け合わせの野菜も良い味に調理。パンは暖かく味も良い。海鮮粥は海老やイカがたくさん入っていました。マレーのチキンスープ、ソトアヤムは辛くないカレー味。ロティチャナイもメニューにありました。
全体的にクオリティの高い朝食で満足感があります。館内全体は古めですが部屋もシンプルモダンで暖かみがありコスパ抜群。
