おなじみ、ハイクオリティで美味しいベーカリーカフェのVburg。
食後の満足感が素晴らしいベジタリアン料理の数々が楽しめますが、明日から夜の営業時間が11時まで延長になり、ディナー専用メニューも登場しました。
サワードゥのピザは数種あり、麻辣味は絶妙で結構辛いです。辛さが苦手ならマルゲリータを。ビーガンチーズに変更することもできます。
ほうれん草とマッシュルームを詰めたラビオリは、サンバル味やタイバジル味がありオリエンタルヒュージョン。マッシュルームチョップは2種のキノコを3層にしてあり、食感抜群でチキンみたい。ドリンクもいろいろ凝っています。
最初に出てくるバゲットや抹茶バターも美味しいのですが店で購入もできます。

First, Only One Japanese Wagyu Speciality Restaurant in JB ! Today Grand Open!
The beef is directly imported from the Tokushima Prefecture in Japan.
They buy the whole Awagyu with Halal cert. So we can eat many deferent parts of Wagyu beef.
We can enjoy Yakiniku( BBQ), Sukiyaki, Shabushabu, Teppanyaki and many mouthwatering dishes.
Usually I don’t eat Wagyu in JB. Because super expensive than Japan. But this restaurant provide very affordable price. Almost same or cheaper than Restaurant in Japan! Unbelievable!
7 kinds of Yakiniku ( 350g) RM188.
And there are reasonable set menu and a la cart also.
Wagyu Don with egg ( Wagyu rice bowl)RM18.
You will definitely enjoy real Wagyu taste !
Today and tomorrow have Tokushima Fair. You can get fresh Vege and products from Tokushima, Japan.

徳島の阿波牛専門店がJBにオープン。しかもハラル認証を受けて正規に輸入した和牛です。一頭買いされているので、さまざま部位が楽しめて、JBでこのようなお店が出来るとは思いもしませんでした。
しかも、企業努力の結果、かなりお得なプライス。7種の部位盛り合わせが350gでRM188！
手軽なセットメニューやアラカルトメニューも豊富で、和牛の牛丼なんてRM18で高級店の味。
ランチ営業もはじまりました。
食事は全てハラルですが、ビールなども注文でき、わずかな持ち込み料でワインやお酒を持ち込むことも可能。今後はお肉だけ購入することもできるようになるそうです。
今日と明日は徳島フェア実施中。サツマイモなどの農産物も購入できます。
