10月プロモーションとして、RM10.1のメニューが10種お目見え。RM14.9の丸ごとチキンと合わせて11皿注文しても、6人でいただいたら1人RM20程。魚もエビもアワビも豚肉も野菜も豆腐も麺類もあって、バランスよし。
味付けは比較的薄味でやさしい感じの料理が多いです。
平日お昼も混んでいるので予約した方がいいです。

I think this Mille-feuille cake is the best in JB!
The place is Hako Hotel’s Lobby Floor.
Pink colour Relax atmosphere.
French style cakes are made by Pastry Chef Mr. Louis. He has experience at one of the Most Popular French Pastry Brand in the world.
You can enjoy sophisticated cakes RM19-30. There are many choices.
Japanese Fusion Food RM20-30 is by Chef Ryan from Yawata-No-Kami.

オースティンのショップロット、角のカラオケ屋のビル内にあるホテルロビーに、本日オープンしたカフェです。
白とピンクの落ち着いた内装。
ケーキをウリにしていて、マカオのピエールエルメでの経験もあるパティシエが作っています。全部で30-40種を提供していくそう。
どれを注文しようか迷います。
いろいろいただきましたが、ミルフィーユはかなりよい仕上がり。エルメの特色を感じられます。
シグネイチャーはリップの形をした、パッションフルーツのチーズケーキ。
軽食はパスタとサラダがあり、近くの和食屋「八幡の神」のシェフが監修。明太子クリームやカルボナーラなど濃厚クリームの女性好みの味。
