In Room Breakfast @ St. Regis Hotel KL(番外編)
During KL travel, I will introduce foods in KL hotels.
In RMCO, all guest have breakfast in own room.
Guest check menu from QR code, and order.
We can choose 1 from 5 kinds: American, Continental, Healthy, Malay and Chinese.
I choose Chinese Breakfast. It’s include Congee( we choose 1 from fish, chicken, beef, vege), Dim sum and Chinese tea.
Beautiful setting. Very tasty !
セントレジスでは、RMCO中の今の時期、朝はレストランがオープンしていないので、朝食は全員ルームサービスでいただきます。
部屋にQRコードがあり、そこからメニューを見て、電話などでオーダー。
アメリカン、コンチネンタル、ヘルシー、マレー、中華と5種類のセットとアラカルトがあります。
今回は朝食付きプランだったので、中華セットをオーダーしました。
魚やチキンから選べるお粥は、白がゆで、たくさんの種類のトッピングが添えられています。
セイロにはしゅうまいと小籠包。油条もあたたかい。チャイニーズティーがセットに含まれていますが、コーヒーと紅茶に変更してもらいました。
紅茶は部屋に設置してあるものもTWGのもの。
上質な朝ごはんです。

This is Lounge restaurant in St.Regis Hotel, KL.
Not so big place, very beautiful.
You can enjoy sophisticated food, cakes and Afternoon Tea Set.
I was looking for Lobster Sandwich in JB. But still can’t find out. So when I saw this on menu, ordered soon. So delicious ! Lobster Sandwich RM98.
Cakes RM28-36. Tea( pot service) RM25-30. A lot of selection.
Many customers order Afternoon Tea Set.
I love this place and foods. Definitely will come again.
クアラルンプール旅行中。いくつかのホテルの食事(主に朝食)を紹介していきます。
まずはセントレジスホテルの1Fにあるラウンジレストラン。
あまり広くないですが、真ん中にどーんと馬のモニュメントがあり、美しい場所。
メニューも魅力的。JBでずっと探してるのですがまだ出会っていないロブスターサンドウィッチがあったのですぐにオーダーしました。絶妙に火を通したロブスターの身がたっぷり。
ケーキはどれも美しいし美味しくて洗練されています。
お茶は種類がたくさんありました。アフタヌーンティーセットを注文しているお客が多い感じでした。食器も空間も美しくてとても気に入りました。KLに来るたびに寄りたいお店。

Sushi Shin 心 started to serve Lunch set in response to many requests.
We can enjoy 4kinds of premium Don ( rice bowl) each set RM250+ and A la cart menu.
Set include Amuse, Appetiser, 1Don, Soup, Chawanmushi and Dessert.
If you are raw fish lover, I recommend Chirashi Don. You will like the melty combination of some kinds of fish, Uni, Caviar and Truffle.
Sushi Shin’s Tendon is very crunchy than normal one. I feel it very fusion style.
And I first time to eat Foie glas Tempura !
Beef lover must order Matsusaka Beef Don.
It Include Uni too.

寿司心、たくさんの要望に応えて、ついにランチスタート。水曜日木曜日金曜日、テーブル席のみ。
ランチタイムは4種から選べる丼のセットとそのアラカルト、フォアグラの乗った和牛ハンバーグカツサンドなど。
ランチとディナーどちらに行くか迷ったら、やはりカウンター席で楽しむディナーの方がいいですが、ランチに行く場合はイチオシはチラシ丼。トップグレードのさまざま魚介の味とその組み合わせが楽しめます。フォアグラは西京漬になって出てきます。
天丼はキャビアも入ってプレミアム感抜群。ローカルの人の好みに合わせて、日本人が考える天ぷらよりもかなりサクサクでクリスピーな食感に仕上がっていてヒュージョン感満載。
松坂ビーフ丼はウニも入って、ローカルの男性には1番人気。他に鹿児島産うなぎ丼もあります。

The French style breads are extremely delicious.
After 1 bite, you will realise soon that it’s made from Flour, butter, recipe, all top quality level.

The price is not cheap. It’s high.
But it’s rather cheap price If you think you can eat this bread without going to France.

人気の朝食カフェ、アトラス。
1年ほど前から売り出している自家製パンは、JB1と言っていいくらいおいしい本格派のフランススタイル。粉やバターなど材料にもレシピにも妥協していないのが、一口食べればすぐわかります。食べる前から絶対美味しいオーラが出ていますが。
高い。でもとってもおいしい。いつも買えないのは悩ましい。でもフランスや日本に行かずこのクオリティのパンがいただけるならリーズナブル。
クロワッサンやパンオショコラ、ブリュレタルトはもちろん美味しいですが、あんバターパンは天国です。

Around 5 years after this Ramen restaurant opened. Every time, all time, their food and service level kept maintain.
I know keeping quality over 5years is very difficult thing in JB.
Ramen and Japanese dishes are very authentic taste. We Japanese love their Shoyu Ramen RM24.
Buta Kakuni ( Japanese style braised pork) RM20 is very good taste with boiled egg and white radish.
おなじみ田ぶしも、オープンしてからもう5年以上。ずっと今まで、味とクオリティ、サービスレベルを維持し続けているのは本当に素晴らしいと思います。
MCO中は閉店していたので、ここのラーメンが恋しかった方も多いはず。
再開して、またこれまでのようにおいしくいただけます。
