Patisserie chef studied in France. The sophisticated and authentic cakes are not so sweet, super delicious. I tried many kinds of cakes with friends. We all thought it’s perfect taste.
Walnut Tart RM14 is very crunchy. Madeleine ( Original lemon, chocolate, rum raisin) RM4/p is very authentic. Mango Cheese cream cake RM16 is fruity and smooth. New York Cheese Cake RM12 is very popular.
I promise you never regret regardless of what you choose. Latte RM9.

モレックのヨーロピアンキュイジーヌ「イニシャル 初」が午後はフレンチスタイルの焼き菓子が楽しめる、「マドレーヌパティスリー」に変わります。
日替わりで用意される焼き菓子たちは、フランスの製法をとりいれつつ甘さ控えめで、じっくり味わいたくなるおいしさ。落ち着ける雰囲気も抜群。
まだ混んでないのでゆったりとしたいい時間が過ごせます。気軽におしゃべりしたり読書したり仕事したり。
お菓子はどれも抜群に美味しいのですが、今回友人たちと食べた中で1番人気はサックサクのクルミタルト。チョコとオレンジのショートケーキ風や、マンゴーとチーズクリームのショートケーキ風も、かなり繊細で洗練された味。
ハイティーの開始は11月半ばになりそう。

最近気に入ってるponderosaのショップロットの中華レストラン。
おいしいしリーズナブルだし通し営業でいつも開いてるし、駐車場が停めやすくて寄りやすい。
オススメした友人達からも好評です。
最近新メニューがいくつか加わったようですが、まだメニューカードが出来上がってないものもいろいろ。
これもその一つ。
海老とチャーシュー入りのカレー麺。具沢山でおいしいです。
落ち着いた環境で、お値段に見合わない(安すぎて)クオリティ。

They are particular about freshness and quality.
Indeed I’m full of it.
But Kong Fo Cha’s tea menu is something deferent.
“38Milk King”RM12 include some ingredients( Tapioka, Grass jelly and Agar jelly )with different textures, so I never got tired of drinking. And my friends also like it.
“Fresh milk with Taro” RM13.9 is very Taro texture. It’s like a dessert.
“Alishan Iced Tea” RM9.9 is high quality tea imported from Taiwan. I want to drink this fragrant tea ( no sugar version) everyday.
They have Wi-Fi and electrical plug. So it’s good place for reading, studying and working.

10月上旬にオープンしたKong Fo Cha は台湾で10年続くブランドで、もうすぐ日本にも上陸します。
バジルシード入りのフルーツティーや、さまざまな食感が一度に楽しめるミルクティー(38Milk King)や、食べ応えのあるヘルシーな海藻ゼリー入りのグレープフルーツグリーンティーなどがおすすめ。
デザート感覚でいただきたいなら、タロ芋ミルクはまさにスイートポテト感覚。
座り心地の良い椅子と、Wi-Fiと電源があるので、長居するにも良いかもしれません。深夜1時まで営業。5人以上で行く場合はグループ割引がきくので、ご連絡ください。

Now we can enjoy “ Muhibbah Buffet Dinner” on Fri and Sat 6:30-10:30pm.

Signature dish is Braised mutton in Claypot over 15 hours ! Mongolian Chicken rice is fragrant and delicious. Fresh dim sum also good.

JBタウンすぐの老舗5つ星ホテル、シスルホテルにあるグラスレストラン。入った途端にわあっと歓声が出るような、ガラス張りの清々しい場所です。このホテルには来たことがありましたが、こんなに晴れやかな気分になる場所があることを知りませんでした。
現在11月末まで金曜土曜に行われているMuhibbahビュッフェディナーは、美味しいものをみんなで分け合おうというテーマ。Muhibbahというのは、善意とか好意とかという意味だそう。マレー料理が中心で、15時間土鍋で蒸したマトンなどの珍しいものもあります。このビュッフェに来るなら、絶対に10/26(土)がオススメ。
20時くらいから20分ほど火のショーがあるのですが、パフォーマーがどんどん近づいてきて火を吹いたり食べたりするのは、すごくエキサイティング。
JB市内にいるのに、まるで遠くのリゾートホテルにいてショーを観ているかの気分になれました。
