おなじみ、みんな大好きカンビーホン。
ジョホール内にすでに10店舗もあるので、このオレンジ色のお店はあちこちで見たことがあると思います。
ローストミートやカリー麺やかき氷は絶対オーダー必須の美味しさですが、今年から、中秋節に向けて、焼き月餅風のパイを売り出しています。1箱4つ入りでRM28とお手頃。
見た目ではどっしりと甘く重たそうな気配ですが、食べると想像と全然違います。
中に丸ごと入ったソルティッドエッグはまろやかで、それを包むパンダン入りのロータスペーストはかなりかなり甘さ控えめで上品。ローカルに人気のチキンフロスも入っています。パイはホロホロと口の中でほどける柔らかさ。
残り1週間での販売なので、急いでゲットを！全店で購入可能です。

エコボタニックのショップロットにできたインドレストラン。3人のインド人シェフが作る料理は、香り高く、味にメリハリがあってとても美味しいです。日本人に人気のバターチキンカレーやほうれん草とカッテージチーズのカレーもあります。タンドリーチキンは着色料を使用せず、とても美味しい。付け合わせのミントソースもクセが強すぎずまろやか。数種類あるナンの中でも、オニオンが中に入ったものやチーズナンなど絶品です。
この手の本格インドレストランはわりと高級なところが多いですが、ここはとてもリーズナブル。あれこれ注文してシェアするのがいい感じ。
オープンしたばかりですが既に人気店で、ランチタイムには満席に。
