And don’t miss many kinds of delicious Croissant.
Some breads are local fusion taste like Otaota, nyonya etc. very nice.

場所はプテリコーブ内に本日オープンしたスーパーマーケット「The Pasar」の中。プラナカンスタイルのインテリアでとっても美しい。
サワードゥの本格派ヨーロピアンブレッドや、たくさん種類のあるクロワッサン、ローカルヒュージョンテイストのパンはマスト。
私は写真のアプリコットチェダーサワードゥがお気に入り。
日本でもヨーロッパでも修行したベーカリーシェフは、常にクオリティを追求しています。ノーミートノーフィッシュのベジタリアンながら、しっかりボリュームがあって食後の満足感があるパンたち。
冷凍ケース内のクリーム入りチョココーティングのデザートクロワッサンも至福の味。

Very authentic Japanese taste. We can enjoy another taste to add garlic prepared on table.
Fried Kakuni ( Fried Japanese style braised pork) RM20.8 also tasty.
東京、池袋に本店があるばんからラーメン。クアラルンプールの2店舗に続き、ジョホールバルでもミッドバレーの3階にオープンしました。
日本と同じ味にこだわり、麺やお米も日本の味そのまま。シグネイチャーの醤油とんこつの他、豚骨や味噌、塩味やつけ麺もあります。
基本のラーメンにトッピングは味玉や角煮などを追加オーダーするスタイル。替え玉もあります。
餃子や唐揚げなどのサイドメニューも充実しています。
フライド角煮は甘辛いタレが絡まり、たっぷりの揚げ玉ねぎと一緒に登場。美味しいです。
