鶏ラーメン専門レストランがサウスキーにオープン。シンガポールで和食業態を数店舗運営しているローカルオーナーが、ジョホールに出したお店です。
毎日6時間以上煮込み、コラーゲンたっぷりのパイタンスープが出来上がります。醤油ラーメンは本格的で優しいお味。スパイシー味噌はしっかり辛くてガツンと濃いです。シグネイチャーの黒ガーリックは華やかな香り。
サイドメニューのカリカリの鶏皮や絶妙な美味しさの照り焼きチキン、卵黄をつけるつくねなど、質が高くさすがシンガポールから来たお店、と感じます。専門店のカルチャーをマレーシアに伝えたい、と、メニューが麺といくつかのサイドメニューだけに絞られているのもこだわりを感じさせます。

83年の歴史あるワンタン麺屋さん。
以前はKSL近くの古いショップロットに店舗がありましたが、数年前にシティスクエア6Fに移転しました。
麺のコシが強く、シンプルで美味しいワンタン麺。サイドメニューとドリンク付きのセットもあります。
私がJBに来たばかりの時に、現地の友人から「JBで1番美味しいワンタン麺屋さんはここ」と教えてもらい知りました。
毎日たくさんの量のワンタン麺がテイクアウトされ、シンガポールにも渡っています。

ココモ寿司のランチセットとディナーセットがリニューアル。以前のセットも一部は引き続き提供しています。新しいセットは、イカのお刺身付きだったり、杏仁豆腐やポテトサラダがついてたり、さらにいろいろ楽しめるラインナップでリーズナブル。相変わらずとってもおいしい日本米。
お寿司も変わらずに美味しいです。

Good restaurant ! Food is very delicious. But so reasonable. Shop is clean. Definitely will repeat. 広東style Prawn Hor Fun RM10 include a lot of prawn. 潮州Style Deep Fried prawn Dumplings RM10.8 is Crispy and juicy. Individual Pork Ribs Set RM13.8 is very tender. Include Herbal tea. Mapo toufu RM18.
Opening hours: 11:00am- 2:30pm, 5:30pm-10:00pm.

ポンデローサの新しいショップロットにできたお店。広東風の味付けで、上品でスッキリ、とても美味しく、店内も清潔で綺麗なのに、すごくリーズナブルです。
1人前セットは夜もオーダー可能。麺やフライドライスなども激安。前菜の潮州スタイルの揚げ海老シュウマイはオーダー必須。湯葉の皮がサクサクでとても美味しいです。駐車場も停めやすいし、数件右のカフェ「89kilos」とのハシゴもオススメ。

They have 2 outlets in Town area ( Kim teng park ) and JB perdana.
Mango bingsu RM26.8. Milk ice is not too sweet, Mango is always juicy and very sweet.
Side menu also good. Fries RM10.8 is big volume. Honey butter toast RM10.8 is heaven!
Good place for chill out.

オースティンの奥の一軒家と、タウンエリアにお店があります。かき氷は甘さが控えめで粒が細かく、マンゴーはいつ来ても完熟で甘くジューシー。氷の下にも入ってたっぷりとトッピング。サイドメニューもボリュームがありリーズナブル。トーストも見た目より甘くなく飽きずにいただけます。3人でシェアがちょうどよい量。
