巨大なシープラウンのトムヤム味の料理や、シンプルな蒸した蟹やアサリや海老、丸ごとサーモンの塩釜焼きなど、ゴージャスなお料理のオンパレード。マレーシアの味と、シンプルにいただける料理と色々あって飽きさせません。2人で行くと1人あたりRM103.5 はリーズナブル。
シンガポールからのシェフが作り出す料理は、おいしいのはもちろん、ビュッフェ台が美しく飾られていて、テンションが上がります。

2kinds of noodle with fried chicken RM6.
Taste is so good. Ingredients are fresh. Very homemade warmful taste.
Their 2 kinds of Sambal is cooked over 2 hours.
Onion and Ikanbils sambal is mild and sweet. Dry shrimp sambal is spicy rich taste.
Morning 6am open. After 9am, some menu sold out. So hurry up to come !

バトミントンコートの目の前です。
朝はお客さんでいっぱいの趣あるホーカー。その入口すぐのところの家族経営の屋台では、伝統的な朝食と日替わりのおかずが楽しめます。
よくある典型的なマレーシアの朝食メニューですが、丁寧に作られていて、家庭的な味で美味しい。
付け合わせのサンバルは2種あって、2時間以上かけて作られているそう。辛さ控えめで深い旨み。麺類は飽きない旨味のある味付け。フライドチキンは半日マリネされてから揚げられていて、ほどよい塩気でパリッとしています。

料理はシンプルかつ洗練されて、どれも本当に美味しい。基本は西洋料理で、アジア風ヒュージョンのメニューもいろいろ。ローカルスタイルのマーラー味のフライドライスや、明太子ソースのエッグベネディクトがあると思えば、マグロのタタキ入りニーソワーズサラダは本格的だし、白ワインのシロップに浸したスイカをキャラメライズさせてナッツとフェタチーズを散らした洗練サラダなど。いろいろ注文したくなるレストランです。
