JBタウンすぐの老舗5つ星ホテル、シスルホテルにあるグラスレストラン。入った途端にわあっと歓声が出るような、ガラス張りの清々しい場所です。このホテルには来たことがありましたが、こんなに晴れやかな気分になる場所があることを知りませんでした。
現在11月末まで金曜土曜に行われているMuhibbahビュッフェディナーは、美味しいものをみんなで分け合おうというテーマ。Muhibbahというのは、善意とか好意とかという意味だそう。マレー料理が中心で、15時間土鍋で蒸したマトンなどの珍しいものもあります。このビュッフェに来るなら、絶対に10/26(土)がオススメ。
20時くらいから20分ほど火のショーがあるのですが、パフォーマーがどんどん近づいてきて火を吹いたり食べたりするのは、すごくエキサイティング。
JB市内にいるのに、まるで遠くのリゾートホテルにいてショーを観ているかの気分になれました。

朝はお客さんでいっぱいの趣あるホーカー。その入口すぐのところの家族経営の屋台では、伝統的な朝食と日替わりのおかずが楽しめます。
よくある典型的なマレーシアの朝食メニューですが、丁寧に作られていて、家庭的な味で美味しい。
付け合わせのサンバルは2種あって、2時間以上かけて作られているそう。辛さ控えめで深い旨み。麺類は飽きない旨味のある味付け。フライドチキンは半日マリネされてから揚げられていて、ほどよい塩気でパリッとしています。

The place is the 20m left side of Yaoki.
Only guests who have made a reservation can enjoy the food at this restaurant, and only 4 groups can be booked per day.
They Serve Omakase Kaiseki Cuisine RM120〜, Omakase Unagi course RM120〜, and Omakase Soba course RM80〜 etc.
They have the finest seasonal ingredients from Japan 2-3 times a week by plane.

オースティン工場地区にある韓国ブランドのデザート屋さんHOMIBING にて、今日から1週間、KLとマラッカから来たハンバーガー屋さんが期間限定オープン。
オーナーは仕事で4年間宇都宮に住んだことがあり、その時にハラルの材料でハンバーガーを作って友人に配っていて。帰国後にこの日本スタイルのハンバーガー屋さんをマラッカにオープン。営業開始からすでに4年間、継続して提供しているそう。
卵を入れた日本式のタルタルソース入りのフライドチキンバーガーやフィッシュバーガー、少しスパイシーでスモーキーなトマトソースの入ったビーフバーガーが人気。
カスタマイズして、チキンやビーフパティやモッツァレラフライを好きなだけ追加するのがオススメの食べ方。チキン10枚入りなどのバーガーのオーダーもあるそう。
ボリュームたっぷり。とても美味しいです。
1週間限定だから要チェック。
