地域により4-5袋オーダーすると配送料無料。
1つRM1とリーズナブルなので、中国からの輸入冷凍食品と思いきや、オーナーは以前シンガポールのレストランで働いていたそうで、今は彼がジョホールで手作りして売っている手作り品でした。本人がデリバリーしてくれてびっくり。
冷凍のまま9分蒸すだけ。皮は多少厚めですが、臭みもまったくなく、すっきりととてもおいしい味。海老入りやにんにく味もあります。
大きめなので、1人1度に5個いただけばそれだけでランチに。
子供もすごく気に入って、これは常時冷凍庫にストックしておきたい感じ。
売り切れもあるので、タイミングによっては、オーダーして数日待ってからデリバリーとなります。

Everything very tasty. Choco Peanut Cake is Rich and fluffy. Awesome!

ジョホールジャヤのショップロット2階にある隠れ家のようなアットホームなカフェ。
食事もケーキも手作りの美味しいものを丁寧に提供してくれるお店です。
現在、ジョホールの広範囲にデリバリーしてくれます。お得でオーダーしやすいセットメニューがいくつかあって、選べる内容。追加でミニケーキやシンプルな焼きたてパンもオーダー可。
別途、家族でいただきやすいサイズのバースデーケーキのオーダーも受けています。
今回注文したDセットは、ご飯と麺を1つずつ、ミニケーキを2つ選べて、ドリンクが無料でついて合計RM28.9。どれも美味しいのですが、チョコピーナツケーキ(追加で注文の場合はRM3.5)が期待以上に美味しくてコスパにびっくり。
74%カカオのダークチョコを使っていて、濃厚なのに食感はふわふわです。

プレミアム食材をシンプルに料理する西洋料理店。和牛やドライエイジングビーフの扱いもあります。
この時期、通常メニューやランチセットのデリバリーも行っていますが、注目したいのはフローズンパック。
薄くて場所を取らず、袋ごとお湯で温めるだけ。(チキンはマリネされた生の状態なので焼く必要あり)。
トマトソースやボロネーゼ、スープなどは安すぎて申し訳ないくらい。MSG不使用で美味しくいただけます。
ビーフリブは家庭では調理しづらいので、1人前ずつのパックはとても便利。デミグラスソース味ですが、粒マスタードに合う感じ。オニオンスープ( RM2！)にチーズバゲットを載せたり、家庭で好きなようにアレンジできるのも良いです。
ここは現在、料理を病院のスタッフに寄付しているので、その心意気にも、応援したいと思っています。

各種デリバリーでなんでも注文できる現在ですが、冷凍保存できて、必要なときに温めるだけで美味しくいただける手作り料理って、意外とあまりないですよね？
ここは数年前に母と息子でフードトラックからビジネスをはじめて、今はモレックに店を構えています。誠実に調理して提供してくれるいいお店。
今回、冷凍保存できるパックを見てすぐオーダーしてランチとディナーにいただきました。
カレーはチキンたっぷりでまろやかでとても美味しい。1袋で約2人前の量。ピリリとした甘辛ソースに揚げたチキンが絡む料理は食べごたえ十分。ミーフンはシンプルな味付けで、そのままや目玉焼き添えでも美味しいですが、子供はアボカドと一緒にいただくことを好みました。
他にもミートソースや数種の炒飯のラインナップがあります。

今回飲んだロゼのスプマンテも、リースリングの白も、要望通りドライでフルーティーでとても美味しかったです。
フードメニューもおつまみにちょうどよいタパスメニューがいろいろ。
席数は少ないので週末は予約した方が良さそう。奥の方は喫煙席があります。

And their Organic cakes is popular. Tiramisu cake RM12.8. No eggs, no milk, no softener. All plant base ingredients.

品揃えと満足感はJBホテルのアフタヌーンティーではベストな場所。
3ヶ月ごとにメニューが少しずつ変わります。
ここの良いところは、甘いものばかりでなく、ランチにちょうどよい塩気のあるものの品揃えが豊富なことと、お昼12時から提供しているので、ランチ代わりにできること。
2人で1セットの注文がオススメですが、すごいボリュームなので、ドリンクを別にオーダーして、3-4人でシェアするのもOK。

I first time eat this Salai food. Salai means Smoke. Spicy smoke sauce has very unique impact smell. Some one like, someone can’t eat. Interesting !
ジョホールガバメント肝入りの、ジョホールの良さが丸ごと体験できる、ワンストッププレイス「B5 ジョホールストリートマーケット」がオープンしました！
場所はアンサナモールの裏。広い敷地に219の物販や飲食のショップや屋台が入り、ステージでは1日3回、ダンスなどのショーが行われます。
フードストールのものをいくつかオーダーしてみました。
マレー版お好み焼きのムルタバチーズは安定の美味しさ。ミートソースをアレンジしたカチャンプールも、この店のものは有名で人気。とうもろこしのかき氷、アイスジャグンもここのものはシンプルで美味しいのです。
スモークという意味のセライという料理の店があり、ビーフとチキンをオーダーしました。グリルした素材にピリ辛のスモークソースがかかっているのですが、なんともインパクトのあるすごい匂いで、初めて出会う料理でした。好みがハッキリ別れそうです。

わかりづらい隠れボタンを押すとドアが開きます。
ウィスキーのラインナップだけで12ページ以上！グラスもボトルも豊富。お酒やカクテル、ボトルワインもいろいろあり、ワインはRM118からとお手頃。通常、メニュー表に載っていても品切れということはジョホールではよくありますが、ここでは何を頼んでもちゃんとあって、白ワインはキンキンに冷えてて、サービスも気が利いて心地よく、素晴らしいお店でした。
フードを注文するには隣の店のメニューを見てオーダーすると運んでくれます。揚げ物やパスタなど手軽なメニュー。
週末は夜10時くらいから満席くらい混むので、予約した方がよいでしょう。ソファー席の予約はウィスキーかジンのボトルをいれるか、合計RM400以上のオーダーの場合のみオッケー。
グラスウィスキー3杯をハイボールにしてもらい、ボトルワイン2本、揚げ物を2品オーダーして、合計でRM470程度でした。
