A popular seafood and tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen restaurant, Tabushi opened its 2nd Malaysian branch in the SEIBU inner-ground following ISETAN LOT10.
Tabushi was founded in 2003 in Koenji, Tokyo. Currently, there are about 10 stores, including in Indonesia.
Tabushi's signature soup is a combination of pork bone broth with minimal odor made by slowly simmering it for 12 hours and bonito flavored oil (Komi oil) with concentrated seafood flavor, a taste that makes you want to eat it again and again. The noodles are also 100% homemade.
The SEIBU branch specializes in a noodle menu. Tabushi's signature and most popular dishes are the Katsuo Komi (bonito-flavored) ramen and tsukemen.
A new menu item popular in Japan, Tonkotsu Cappuccino Ramen is mild, with the noodles entangled in a foam that emulsifies the soup. Taiwanese mazesoba and tantanmen, with their gutsy, spicy, and delicious flavors, are also popular.
The store is located in the back of the basement food section of Seibu, and the serving speed is fast.
My son says the ramen and tsukemen here are the best and he wants to eat here 2times per every week.

魚介豚骨系の人気のラーメン屋さん。ISETAN LOT10 に続いて、マレーシアでは2号店がSEIBU内地下にオープン。
田ぶしは2003年に東京の高円寺で創業。現在はインドネシアも含め、10店舗ほどあります。
12時間じっくり煮込んで作る臭みを極力抑えた豚骨スープに、魚介の旨みが凝縮した鰹香味油を合わせた田ぶし自慢のスープは、何度でも食べたくなる味。麺も100%自家製です。
SEIBU店は麺のメニューに特化した品揃え。田ぶしのシグネイチャー、1番人気は鰹香味ラーメンと鰹香味つけ麺。日本でも人気の新メニュー、豚骨カプチーノラーメンは、麺がスープを乳化させた泡に絡みマイルド。ガツンとした辛味と旨味の台湾まぜそばや担々麺も人気。
Seibuの地下食品売り場の奥に店があり、提供スピードが早いです。
私の息子は、ここのラーメンとつけ麺がベストだから毎週2回食べたいと言っています。

Tabushi Ramen came from Tokyo, Japan in 2016. This 5years, they keep quality and provide delicious authentic Ramen.
We Japanese really love them.
Now there is 1 outlet in KL ( at Isetan, Lot10, Bukit Bintang). They will expand business more in KL. And will come back to JB in future !

おいしいラーメンの田ぶしが閉店です。来週月曜2/22が最後の営業日。
オースティンにオープンしてから5年あまり、安定しておいしいラーメンを提供してくれていました。
現在はクアラルンプール、ブキビンタン、Lot10の伊勢丹の地下に店舗がありますが、さらにKLで事業を拡大し、うまく行ったらその後JBに戻ってくるとのこと。
その日を楽しみにしたいと思います。

Around 5 years after this Ramen restaurant opened. Every time, all time, their food and service level kept maintain.
I know keeping quality over 5years is very difficult thing in JB.
Ramen and Japanese dishes are very authentic taste. We Japanese love their Shoyu Ramen RM24.
Buta Kakuni ( Japanese style braised pork) RM20 is very good taste with boiled egg and white radish.
おなじみ田ぶしも、オープンしてからもう5年以上。ずっと今まで、味とクオリティ、サービスレベルを維持し続けているのは本当に素晴らしいと思います。
MCO中は閉店していたので、ここのラーメンが恋しかった方も多いはず。
再開して、またこれまでのようにおいしくいただけます。

Born in Tokyo, Tabushi Ramen is a popular ramen restaurant not only in Japan but also in Jakarta, Indonesia and here in Johor Bahru.
Shoyu Tonkotsu soup, which is a combination of pork bone soup rich flavor and bonito umami flavor, will become addictive once it is eaten. Noodles are 100% homemade, and there are 2 type noodles suits for ramen and dry noodles.
There are many repeater customers visiting this restaurant from Singapore and far place of Johor Bahru. And whenever we come to this restaurant, they keep the quality of the taste and it is a great service.
The most popular Shoyu ramen RM22 is always delicious, but there are many menus that I want you try. Sweet and sour complex flavored Katsuo Tsukemen ( noodle dipping in Bonito soup)RM24, Aka Fuji ramen( spicy miso ramen) RM28, and spicy, Taiwan Maze Soba (Taiwan style spicy dry noodle) RM24 is the recent trends in Japan. Buta Kakuni Set ( Japanese-style braised pork set )RM25 is wonderful. Don't forget to order Nanban chicken, Gyoza and dessert too!

東京で生まれ、現在は日本だけでなくインドネシアのジャカルタにもお店があります。ローカルオーナーの経営になった今でも、従来のお店の味からまったく変わらず、日本と同じクオリティのラーメンやつけ麺がいただけます。お水もまめに注いでくれて、サービスも素晴らしい。
豚骨スープのコクと鰹の旨味が合わさった醤油とんこつスープは、1度食べたらやみつきになる味。麺は100%自家製で、ラーメン用と、ドライヌードル用の太くてコシが強い麺があります。
1番人気の醤油ラーメンはいつでも最高に美味しいのですが、トライしてほしいメニューがたくさんあります。甘みと酸味のある複雑な旨味のカツオつけ麺は、お願いすると、麺を食べ終わった後のタレにスープをいれてくれます。スパイシーな赤富士ラーメンはインドネシアで人気のメニュー。台湾混ぜそばは近年の日本のトレンドですが、スパイシーでガツンとくる美味しさと香味野菜によって、食べた後元気になれる感じ。豚の角煮定食は小料理屋で出てきそうなクオリティで素晴らしい。タルタルチキンと餃子も人気。ほのかにキンモクセイ香る水ゼリーのデザートも自家製です。
