After whole renovation for 3 years, Renaissance KL reopened !
I stayed 5nights. And I can say “ highly recommended!”.
The rooms are not only clean and comfortable, but also more luxurious, and the hospitality is outstanding, with all the staff being thorough and warm.
The quality, selection, and taste of the food at the breakfast buffet and club lounge is impeccable, and there is a lot of ingenuity throughout.
Most amazing of all is the pool and kids' playground, which is shared with the neighboring Four Points KLCC ( will open in mid-November). So it is spacious and resort-like. There are plenty of pools and slides for kids to play in. Plus a full-fledged playground.
If you stay here with your family, your kids will have so much fun that there is no need to go out anywhere.
This hotel may be a popular and lively hotel for families, but it is also a relaxing hotel for adults.
The bar is stylish and atmospheric, and cocktail hours in the Club Lounge are quiet and adult, with no one under the age of 12 allowed in. The cocktail hour setting is 3 hours long, which is nice.
I found the hotel to be full of hospitality, something I have not felt very often in recent years. I would love to see this quality and hospitality maintained.

3年間のクローズとフルリノベーションの後、生まれ変わったルネッサンスクアラルンプールホテルがオープンしました！
5泊したのですが、「とてもおすすめ！」と言えます。
部屋は清潔で快適なのはもちろんのこと、高級感が増していて、ホスピタリティも抜群に良く、スタッフみんなが徹底して温かい対応をしてくれました。
朝食ビュッフェやクラブラウンジのフードのクオリティ、品揃え、味も申し分なく、随所に工夫が見られます。
そして何よりもすごいのがプールとキッズ用プレイグラウンド。11月中旬にオープンする、隣のフォーポインツKLCCと共有なので、広くてリゾート感満載。子供用の遊べるプールやスライダーもたくさん。さらに本格的なプレイグラウンドも。
家族で宿泊したら、どこにも出かける必要がないくらい子供は楽しめます。
家族連れに人気の、賑やかなホテルになりそうですが、大人にとっても落ち着けるホテル。バーはおしゃれで雰囲気が良く、クラブラウンジのカクテルタイムは、12歳未満は入れないので、静かで大人の空間。カクテルタイムの設定が3時間というのは長くて嬉しい。
近年あまり感じることのない、おもてなしに溢れたホテルだと思いました。このクオリティとホスピタリティをぜひ維持して欲しいです。

It is a sensation that reorganizes the brain. RXP. KL, a digital art exhibition in REXKL in Chinatown. The program consists of watching three films in one hour, and you can enter at any time you like.
A world enveloped by sound and images, it is truly Other World. It has become one of the most recommended places in Kuala Lumpur.
REXKL is a community and cultural hub housed in the historic site of one of Kuala Lumpur's first theaters, established in 1947, and after two fires, closures, and renovations, it has been transformed into what it is today.
The old walls and staircases are still intact, and inside you will find unique stores, a café, and BookXcess, a beautiful maze of bookstores. The history of the building itself and the community hub where art, culture, and people come and go make it a great place to live.

Last time my friend took me, I surprised the deliciousness.
This is my 2nd time visit.
Menu is very simple. There are only some varieties of Clam noodles and Prawn noodles. So serving speed and fast.
Clam soup with Ginger and rice wine is so delicious. Flavourful, sweet, and umami.

チャイナタウンにあるアサリのビーフンヌードル専門店。ミシュランのビブグルマン2023、2024両方に任命されたお店。
以前友人に連れてきてもらい、驚くほど美味しくて、今回2回目の再訪。メニューはシンプルで、アサリとエビの麺とそのバリエーションくらい。なので提供スピードも早いし、お客の回転も早い。
アサリのスープに生姜とお酒の風味。旨みたっぷりでお酒の甘さがあり、とても美味しいです。

Sugi Pharmacy, Japan's largest pharmacy, opened a store in collaboration with Alpro, a pharmacy in Malaysia!
The first stores in Malaysia opened almost simultaneously in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru.
Sugi Pharmacy has 1,600 stores in Japan. The products sold in Malaysia are also available in Japan. Medicines are Malaysia products. But other than that, there are many Japanese products. Not only detergents, facial cleansing foam and sweets, but also baby products and products for seniors. It is the first store in Malaysia to have not only a pharmacist but also a beauty advisor on staff. More than 10 stores are scheduled to open in the next three years. (Plans are already underway for six stores to be opened next year.)
Personally, I was happy to see Japanese bath salts for sale. I have never seen them in Malaysia and they are heavy to bring back from Japan.

マレーシアで初の店舗は、クアラルンプールとジョホールバルにほぼ同時オープンしました。
日本国内に1600店舗もあるスギ薬局。マレーシアで販売している商品は、日本でも販売中のもの。薬はマレーシアのものを販売していますが、それ以外は日本の商品がたくさん。洗剤や洗顔フォームやお菓子類だけでなく、ベビー用品やシニア向け商品も充実。薬剤師だけでなく、ビューティーアドバイザーが常駐しているのはマレーシアで初だそう。今後3年間で10店舗以上をオープン予定。(すでに来年オープンの6店舗については計画が進んでいるそう。)
個人的には、日本の入浴剤が売っているのが嬉しかったです。マレーシアでは見たことがないし、日本から持ち帰ると重いので。

I think it's the hottest cafe in JB right now.
Located in a factory area near Austin, the restaurant is very spacious, beautiful and elegant.
There are more buildings and corridors built inside the building, so you can spend your time in a relaxing and elegant way.
The café-like menu is a fusion of Western-leaning dishes. Breakfast menu, pasta, main dishes, snacks, etc., and drinks are available.
Perfect place for a chat with friends or a business meeting.
It was a space where adults could also relax and enjoy themselves.

5 star hotel in Bukit Bintang. 2 nights stay.
Very convenient location for shopping. There is a connecting walkway from the Banyan Tree Hotel next door so you can walk right to the Pavilion.
It is on the back side of the pavilion, so when you call for a Grab on your way out, the car comes relatively smoothly without being too crowded, stress free.
The rooms are a bit dated, but comfortable.
The hotel is crowded with tourists, but the breakfast restaurant, lobby, and pool are all spacious, so crowding is not an issue.
There are Middle Eastern and Japanese dishes for breakfast, and the frozen yogurt is a nice touch.

ブキビンタンにある5つ星ホテル。2泊しました。
ショッピングにとても便利な立地。隣のバンヤンツリーホテルから連絡通路があるので、徒歩ですぐパビリオンに行けます。
パビリオンの裏手側なので、出かける時にグラブを呼んだときも、混みすぎることなく比較的スムーズに車が来るのがストレスフリー。
部屋は少し古さを感じますが、快適。
観光客で賑わっていますが、朝食レストランもロビーもプールも広いので混雑は気になりません。
朝食には中東料理や日本料理もあり、フローズンヨーグルトがあるのが嬉しい。

日本に似たようなコンセプトのレストラン「挽肉と米」があり、そこは非常にシンプルで目の前でハンバーグを焼く美味しいお店。いつも行列。きっとそこをオマージュしているのだと思う。
ここはサウスリンクにある小さなレストラン。お肉（ビーフ、ポーク、シーフード）とトッピングを選びます。
牛肉のハンバーグがとても美味しいです。生卵も新鮮でナイス。 さっぱりした大根おろしソースでごはんの美味しさも引き立ちます。

Proof Pizza + Wine was awarded #42 (2023) and #46 (2022) in the Asia-Pacific category of the world's most influential guide dedicated to pizzerias, "50 Top Pizza".
We visited for lunch, and there is a special weekday-only set price of RM28.9++ that includes a starter, main course, and drink.
We ordered a la carte, and the firm sourdough pizza was savory, juicy, and delicious. The appetizers and pastas were also excellent, and I thought it would be a good place to spend a relaxing evening with wine.

ランチに伺いましたが、前菜とメインとドリンクでRM28.9++(約1000円)という平日限定なお得なセットもあり。
アラカルトでオーダーしましたが、コシのあるサワードゥー生地のピザは、香ばしくてジューシーでおいしかったです。前菜やパスタも素晴らしく、夜にワインを飲みながらゆっくり過ごすのも良い場所だと思いました。

What a fun experience!
As far as most interesting dining experiences, I would rank it as one of the top three in my life so far.
Tapas-style Japanese fusion restaurant by Michelin-starred chef Jeff Ramsey.
The windowless space with a wonderful KL view in the distance is very comfortable with air curtains.
There is a tasting menu, but we ordered a la carte and a set of five amuses.
The first, where you have to guess the name of the dish of liquid in a colourful test tube, is really fun. The amuse set is excellent, not only is it quirky, but also for the "I see what you mean, this is how it's done" and going beyond the imagination. The staff who explained the dishes to us were professional and made the experience truly enjoyable and delicious.

最も面白い食事体験として、これまでの人生で3本の指に入ると思う。
ミシュランスターシェフ、ジェフ ラムゼイによるタパススタイルのジャパニーズヒュージョンレストラン。
素晴らしいKLビューが遠くに一望できる窓のない空間は、エアカーテンがあってとても快適。テイスティングメニューもありますが、5種のアミューズセットとアラカルトでオーダーしました。
最初の、カラフルな試験管の中の液体の料理名を当てるところから本当に楽しい。気を衒うだけでなく、「なるほどこうきたか」と想像の上を行く、アミューズセットが秀逸。料理を説明してくれるスタッフがプロフェッショナルで、本当に楽しくおいしい体験でした。

The steaks are char-grilled with light salt and pepper to bring out the flavor of the meat. I chose the most popular creamy pepper sauce from a choice of three sauces, which enhanced the flavor of the meat and the steak was juicy, tender, and very tasty.
The 280g premium Angus sirloin steak was priced at RM108, and with their special set menus available, I felt it was affordable even if you want to eat to your heart's content.
Another specialty, the fish and chips, is a true taste of England. The crunchy chips come in two different textures, and you can feel the care that has gone into them.
The seafood soup with ginger is also excellent with its rich flavor.
New menu has Dry-aged steak. There are also Pasta and burgers on the menu.
Please come and enjoy the traditional taste of an authentic English mansion!

伝統的な古き良きイギリスのステーキハウス。2007年にイギリスのDerbyでスタートし、現在ではマレーシアでも3箇所でこの味が楽しめます。
ステーキは、お肉の味を活かすため、軽く塩コショウして直火で焼くイギリス正統派のスタイル。好みの焼き加減を伝えます。3種のソースから、1番人気のクリーミーペッパーソースを選びましたが、お肉のおいしさを引き立てていて、ジューシーで柔らかくとてもおいしいステーキでした。
280gのプレミアムアンガスサーロインステーキがRM108。お得なセットメニューがあるので、心ゆくまでいただいてもお手頃だと感じました。
もうひとつの名物、フィッシュ&チップスもまさにイギリス本場の味。カリカリの2種の食感のチップスにもこだわりを感じられます。
ジンジャー入りシーフードスープも濃厚な旨味で絶品。
新メニューにはドライエイジングステーキも加わったそう。パスタやバーガーなどのメニューもありました。
本場イギリスの邸宅でいただく伝統的な味をぜひ。

Hotel adjacent to KL Sentral. Next door is the Hilton.
The large pool is very special because it feels like a resort even though it is in a big city. The pool and gym are shared with the Hilton next door, so the size of the pool is twice as large as that of a normal hotel. The gym is well equipped with lots of machines.
The breakfast buffet in the dining room is excellent with a large selection. The quality is satisfying, from porridge filled with salmon to roast chicken.
Cocktail hour in the executive lounge is only for those 13 years and older. I would like to see more main dishes and protein items, but the variety of appetizers is adequate.
Rooms are not very spacious, but comfortable with large windows.

大都会にありながら、リゾートを感じる大きなプールがとてもスペシャル。隣のヒルトンとプールとジムを共有していることから、普通のホテルの2倍の規模のプールの広さがあります。ジムの機械もたくさんあって充実しています。
ダイニングルームの朝食ビュッフェは、品数が多く素晴らしい。サーモンがたっぷり入ったお粥やローストチキンなど、満足のいくクオリティ。
エグゼグティブラウンジのカクテルタイムは、13歳以上のみが使用可。メインディッシュやプロテイン系がもっと欲しいですが、アペタイザーの品数としては十分です。
部屋はあまり広くないですが、大きな窓があって快適。

You can taste Arabica coffee from over 35 countries in a beautiful space.
After World War II, the Dar el Bacha Palace was closed for more than 60 years, but reopened as a museum in 2017. Located in its courtyard, Bacha Coffee has evolved and now has outlets in Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.
The first Malaysian store, in KLCC, opens at 8 am. In addition to coffee, there are many menu items including pastries, egg dishes, main dishes, and pasta. Wine was also available.
Sandwiches and main dishes were available from 2:00 PM.
We went at 8:10 AM on a Sunday morning and waited in line for about 20 minutes.
I ordered the signature "1910 Coffee," which was aromatic and complex and new to me. The pot can be shared between two people and is served with vanilla bean cream.
The millefeuille was also very tasty and not too sweet. Very nice cafe.

美しい空間で、35カ国以上のアラビカコーヒーを味わえます。
第二次世界大戦後、ダール・エル・バシャ宮殿は60年以上もの間閉鎖されていましたが、2017年に博物館としてリニューアルオープン。その中庭にあるバシャコーヒーは発展し、現在はアジアと中東、ヨーロッパに店舗があります。
マレーシア1号店のKLCC店は朝8時オープン。コーヒーの他、ペストリー、卵料理、メインディッシュ、パスタなどたくさんのメニューがあります。ワインもありました。
サンドウィッチやメインディッシュは午後2時からの提供とのこと。
日曜の朝8:10に行って、20分ほど並びました。
オーダーしたシグネイチャーの”1910コーヒー”は香り高く複雑な味わいで初めての味でした。ポットを2人でシェアでき、バニラビーンズの入ったクリームが添えられます。
ミルフィーユも甘さ控えめてとても美味しかったです。とても素敵なカフェ。

Ma Maison (a.k.a. Mameton) is a tonkatsu restaurant that originated in Nagoya, Japan in 1976. It has been 10 years since it arrived in Kuala Lumpur.
Mameton has opened many outlets in Singapore and Kuala Lumpur. It was a long-awaited restaurant for the Japanese living in JB, hoping that it would open in JB soon.
The rosu katsu set meal is RM35.9, authentic yet affordable. Rice (Japanese rice. You can choose from white rice or 10 grain rice) and pork miso soup and cabbage for refill free.
The aged meat is juicy and tender. Crispy bread crumbs. Tonkatsu is fried only in light vegetable corn salad oil.
Pictured are the three most popular sets. Rosu Katsu Set, Katsu Curry Set, and Mameton Set (Rosu Katsu, Fillet Katsu, and Fried Prawn). Plus, my favorite, the wafu Negioroshi Rosu Katsu Set with plenty of grated daikon (Japanese radish) on top. Potato Salad is also one of the Best in Malaysia !
The restaurant, which opened on the south end of the G floor (near Sogo), is spacious and comfortable.
You will definitely go there for every week use.
Be prepared to wait in line on weekends.

1976年名古屋発祥のとんかつレストラン「Ma Maison (通称まめとん)」。クアラルンプールに上陸してからはすでに10年目です。
シンガポールでもクアラルンプールでも多店舗展開されているまめとん。早くJBにオープンしてくれないかと、JBに住む日本人待望のお店でした。
ロースカツ定食はRM35.9と本格的ながらお手頃。ご飯(日本米。白米か十穀米が選べる。)と豚汁、キャベツのおかわり無料が嬉しい。
熟成されたお肉は、ジューシーで柔らか。サクサクのパン粉。とんかつは軽い植物性コーンサラダ油のみで揚げられます。
写真は最も人気の3つのセット。ロースカツ定食、カツカレー、まめ豚定食(ロースカツ、ヒレカツ、海老フライ)。それに、私のお気に入りの、たっぷりと大根おろしが乗った和風ねぎおろしロースカツ定食です。ポテトサラダも、マレーシアでベストと言えるくらいの仕上がり。
G階の南側の端(そごう付近)にオープンした店は、広くて居心地が良い感じです。
普段使いに通ってしまうこと間違いなし。
週末は行列覚悟で。

In recent years, this hotel has become very popular among both Chinese tourists and Malaysian staycationers.
The location is in Chinatown, surrounded by many cafes and kopitiams with a nice atmosphere.
This time I stayed in a suite room. Although there is no bathtub, it is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel's Bar Jann and Lady Yi's Tea House, where you can enjoy afternoon tea, are both unique and nice with a Chinatown atmosphere.
On weekends, the hotel offers a complimentary experience for hotel guests. Attractions include the Chinatown Walk and mixology master classes at the bar. I attended a tea blending workshop at the tea house, and the experience of blending, making, and drinking your own favorite tea was both relaxing and wonderful.

近年、中国人観光客からも、マレーシア人のステイケーションにも、とても人気があるホテル。
場所はチャイナタウンにあり、周囲には雰囲気の良いカフェやコピティアムがたくさんあります。
今回はスイートルームに宿泊しました。バスタブはないけれど、広くて清潔でとても快適。ホテル内のBar Jann も、アフタヌーンティーをいただけるLady Yi’s Tea House も、チャイナタウンの雰囲気がありユニークで素敵です。
週末には、ホテルゲストに無料でできるエクスペリエンスを提供。チャイナタウンウォークや、バーでのミクソロジーマスタークラスなど魅力的。ティーハウスでのティーブレンディングワークショップに参加しましたが、自分好みのお茶をブレンドして作り、飲むという経験は、リラックスもできて素晴らしかったです。

Located on the 2nd floor of Avenue K in the KLCC district, between a gym and California KL Language Academy. It is a very convenient location.
The yellow-gold interior was designed by an American-Italian company.
As the name Italian Coffee implies, they serve Italian Illy brand coffee as well as freshly baked homemade cakes that are faithfully reproduced from Italian café recipes.
In addition to coffee, there are a variety of special drinks available only here. Drinks made by professional bartender Mr. Dip shaking a shaker, fresh juices for detoxification, and more. The cake-topped shakes are also a specialty of the cafe.
Don't miss the reasonably priced lattes and cappuccinos available only on weekday afternoons.

KLCC地区のAvenue K の2階にあり、スポーツジムと、カリフォルニアKLランゲージアカデミーの間。ものすごく便利な立地。黄色ゴールドに光る店内は、アメリカとイタリアの会社によるデザイン。イタリーコーヒーという名の通り、イタリアのIllyブランドのコーヒーをはじめ、イタリアのカフェのレシピを忠実に再現した自家製の焼き立てのケーキを提供しています。
コーヒーの他にも、ここでしか飲めないスペシャルなドリンクがいろいろ。プロのバーテンダーMr.Dip がシェイカーを振って作ってくれるドリンクや、デトックスに最適なフレッシュジュースなど。ケーキが載ったシェイクもこの店の名物だそう。
平日の午後限定で、ラテやカプチーノなどがリーズナブルに飲めるのも見逃せません。
