My photos are at Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet. Every inch of the food was beautiful, delicious and full of festive feeling. It was wonderful. I first time to see Hokkaido Uni in the hotel buffet! My most recommend dishes are Australian Organic Beef with Strawberry Sambal and Prawn bisque Pasta with Crab meat. So delicious!

The Ritz-Carlton's weekend dinner buffet is full of originality. While you can enjoy dishes from around the world, such as roast beef, Japanese skewers, and Thai cuisine, the current highlight is the exquisite handmade pasta and French cuisine prepared by guest chef Andy Choy and his team.
Executive chef and partner of N.I.C.E. Bistronome @nice_bistronome , Chateau Dionne, and Doux Doux by Chateau Dionne, and the three Michelin-starred Guy Savoy in Paris and Gordon Ramsay in London and Dubai, he has 20 years of international fine dining experience, he is the Champion of the 2017 Chef Par Excellence Competition and a finalist at the 2018 Concours Gastronomie Paris.
The carefully prepared tortellini, chitarra, bouillabaisse and arancini are extremely delicious and exquisite in texture and taste. It is only at this Ritz-Carlton buffet that you can enjoy so many kinds of food in such a small quantity. This is a very attractive collaboration project.

The Ritz-Carlton's newly revamped Afternoon Tea.
Classic and authentic afternoon tea served in the spacious Lobby Lounge by guest pastry chefs HOSS and ZAHRA from L'NOP.
The experience of choosing from 31 different teas, each with its own aroma to compare and choose from is wonderful.
The scones, finger sandwiches, quiches, and cakes are all of high quality and delicious, and since you can enjoy them from 12 noon, it is a very good alternative to lunch. They pour hot water into the teapot several times.
Also, if you order by yourself alone, they offer half the quantity for half the price.
Elegant and fine quality afternoon.

ゆったりとしたロビーラウンジでいただくクラシックで正統派のアフタヌーンティーは、ゲストペストリーシェフのHOSS とZAHRA (L'NOP)によるもの。
31種類のお茶から、1人1種類、香りを比べながら飲むお茶を選ぶ経験は素敵。
スコーンもフィンガーサンドウィッチもキッシュもケーキも上質でおいしく、お昼12時から楽しめるので、ランチ代わりに利用できるのもとても良いです。ティーポットにお湯を何度も注いでくれます。
また、1人でオーダーすると、半分の価格で半分の量を提供してくれるのも嬉しいポイント。

ゆったりとしたロビーラウンジでいただくクラシックで正統派のアフタヌーンティーは、ゲストペストリーシェフのHOSS とZAHRA (L'NOP)によるもの。
31種類のお茶から、1人1種類、香りを比べながら飲むお茶を選ぶ経験は素敵。
スコーンもフィンガーサンドウィッチもキッシュもケーキも上質でおいしく、お昼12時から楽しめるので、ランチ代わりに利用できるのもとても良いです。ティーポットにお湯を何度も注いでくれます。
また、1人でオーダーすると、半分の価格で半分の量を提供してくれるのも嬉しいポイント。

Beef Wellington and short rib stew, freshly made Blue River Prawn Masak Lemak, Whole steamed fish and chili crab, Three kinds of chicken rice, a variety of Malay dishes that the chef who cooked them knows how to prepare, French, Indian, Middle Eastern and sushi! A very enjoyable weekend buffet with more tempting dishes than you can eat.
I especially liked The fish dish with shrimp and scallops broth cream sauce and The gnocchi with king prawns and spinach.
The hotel's buffet also has an amazing selection of cheeses.

The fine and delicious lunch by Chef Justine from Sichuan, in a space overlooking the Twin Towers, can be done alone, with friends, or for a business lunch, and is very useful.
In addition, tea, daily signature side dish, rice, soup, and dessert are free refills.
The four main dishes include spicy cumin-scented lamb stir-fry, tender beef and potato stew, chicken and mushroom-stuffed noodles, and tomato seafood noodle soup with a delicious broth that you will want to drink up.
