Chef David Chin's European bistro with a dash of Asian flair.
Three years ago, when I visited this restaurant for the first time, I was so impressed by the delicious food and the atmosphere of the bustling restaurant that I tried to copy their dishes at home.
It has been a while since I last visited for lunch, but the restaurant was just as wonderful as before.
Truffle fries with a great balance of truffles, foie gras with an excellent sauce, and 8-hour roasted lamb pie, a lunch that filled me up.
The view from the counter seats is also nice.
Reservations are a must as it is a popular restaurant.

Fabulous Sunday Brunch at Michelin Selected restaurant: The Brasserie at St.Regis Kuala Lumpur.
This is the second time I have visited since this new Sunday brunch started in May.
Very elegant. Great time starting with an aperitif in the Astor Bar before the buffet time and ending with beautiful desserts. There is also live music. (Today it was violin.)
The emphasis is on quality rather than number of items. Although it is a buffet, you can enjoy it like a superb course, and the fullness is amazing. Highly recommended！Today they gave us Honey souvenir too!

Next to the Bukit Bintang Pavilion, the Grand Millennium Hotel is hosting a special buffet to celebrate Malaysia.
Chef Hardeep and team have created an array of typical dishes from all regions of Malaysia.
From the north, Rojak and Char Kuih Teiao from Penang, and Laksa Johor from Johor are featured from the south. I liked Ayam Ponte from the state of Malacca, and the durian soup dessert was an everyone’s favorite.
Other offerings include seafood, Western cuisine, sushi, and a wide selection of desserts.
I was happy to see that the promotion runs every day during the period, Monday through Sunday.

シェフ Hardeepとチームによる、マレーシア各地の代表的な料理が勢揃いしています。
北部からはペナンのロジャックやチャークイティアオ、南部からはジョホールのラクサジョホールなどが紹介されています。私はマラッカ州からのアヤム・ポンテが気に入り、ドリアンのスープデザートが人気でした。
その他、シーフードや洋食、お寿司や幅広いデザートのラインナップが充実。
月曜から日曜まで、期間中は毎日実施しているのが嬉しい。

Werner's Group's newest place “TOKIOTONIC”at Main Street of Changkat, Bukit Bintang.
It’s new cross-cultural Dining bar with a Japanese Western (Yoshoku) concept, let’s say it’s European Japanese fusion bar.
Every sophisticated dishes and drinks, the deliciousness amazed me.
I first time to see the Machine that infuse liquids with fragrances extracted from ingredients for house made HighBall and Cocktails. HighBalls with a well-honed taste!
Must order Beef Tartare! The ultra authentic (with egg, no cream) carbonara udon was superb! Iberico Pork Katsu was the best tonkatsu I have ever had in Malaysia! The presentation of the three types of ramen and the toppings were innovative and educational!
Japanese interpretation with a glimpse of solid technique and sense. It is a place where you can enjoy a new experience and a wonderful time.

新しい感覚の料理とお酒、その美味しさに驚かされました。
自家製ハイボールやカクテルを作るために、食材から抽出した香りを液体に注入する機械は、初めて見ました。研ぎ澄まされた美味しさのハイボール！
ビーフ・タルタルはマストオーダー！本格的な(クリームを使わない)カルボナーラうどんは絶品でした！イベリコ豚のカツはマレーシアで食べたとんかつの中で一番美味しかった！ 3種類のラーメンの盛り付けとトッピングは斬新で学ぶものがありました！
確かな技術とセンスの中に垣間見える日本の解釈。新しい体験と素敵なひとときを楽しんでいただける場所だと思います。
