“ Ultimate Maccha” RM5.9 is croissant coated with whites chocolate. Maccha cream is bitter and less sweet. The combination is heavenly taste.
“ JB Banana” RM5.9 is croissant coated with sweet chocolate and almond. Inside cream is sophisticated banana cream.

ステラモールから5分ほどの場所の、ベジタリアンベーカリーカフェ。日本で修行をしたことのあるベーカリーシェフの焼くパンは、ほんとに美味しくて、遠くても通ってしまいます。
ハード系のパンやメロンパン、タルティーヌなどもありますが、たくさん種類のあるクロワッサンが店主イチオシ。そしてつい先日、冷蔵クロワッサンシリーズが登場。
中にはほろ苦い抹茶カスタード、外側は甘いホワイトチョコレートでコーティングされた「Ultimate Maccha」。やさしいバナナカスタードが詰まって、チョコレートとアーモンドでコーティングされた「JB Banana」。どちらも美味しくて、禁断のスイーツです。これからこの冷蔵シリーズは種類を増やして行くとのこと。
毎回私が購入するおススメは、ハード系のパン「アプリコットチェダー」。
パンはお昼くらいにかけて全種類が並ぶ感じ。
