This brand-new five-star hotel just opened in August. It was my first visit, and I absolutely loved it. Designed by renowned architect Kengo Kuma, the hotel extensively uses natural materials like wood, stone, and paper throughout, creating an atmosphere of a tranquil retreat in the city.
The buffet prioritizes quality over quantity. Alongside the signature chili crab, there were many freshly prepared dishes like pulled beef bao and Indian dosas. The desserts are exceptionally delicious compared to other hotels! The homemade ice cream, baked apple, and strawberry cream are must-tries! Highly recommended for those seeking a high-quality buffet experience.

The variety is impressive, ranging from traditional dishes to trendy menu items likely created by the chef team. Perhaps because it was close to Deepavali, the live cooking station featured an especially extensive selection of Indian cuisine.
The biryani and lamb curry were absolutely delicious. Baskin-Robbins ice cream is all-you-can-eat. This is a huge plus.
The Chinese Face-Changing Performance is also highly entertaining.
A buffet the whole family can enjoy.

Frangipaani is a Michelin Selected Indian restaurant in Damansara. I had dinner here for the first time about a month ago with friends and liked it so much I came back.
Colonial decor, live piano music in the evening, and great hospitality from the staff.
The Indian cuisine with a modern twist has many appetizers on the menu, and reading the menu while imagining unfamiliar flavors is also a pleasure.
The food is harmoniously spicy and flavorful, and everything you get is truly delicious. The butter chicken is the best I have ever had! The fish tacos and chili cheese naan are also everyone's favorites.
The style of food is upscale yet shareable, so you can enjoy a variety of dishes with a budget of about RM100 per person.

モダンなツイストを加えたインド料理は、前菜のメニューも数多く、知らない味を想像しながらメニューを読むのもまた楽しい。
料理は調和の取れた辛さと味わいで、何をいただいても本当に美味しいです。バターチキンは今まで食べた中でベスト！フォッシュタコスやチリチーズナンもみんなが好きな味。
高級感がありながらも、シェアしていただく料理のスタイルなので、1人の予算はRM100程度でいろいろ楽しめます。

ハイライトは5種の味わいの丸ごと蒸し魚。生牡蠣などのシーフードオンアイス、ローストチキン、おいしい中華料理とマレー料理、インド料理もあって、1人RM79nett はとてもお得。
私はここでは豆豉ソースの蒸し魚、フライドライス、カイランと魚のすり身などの中華料理が特に好きです。
RM20でいただけるのは1組あたり2名まで。5時くらいから列ができるようです。

From now until the end of May, guest chef Moka ( Motokazu Yonezawa ) will offer a weekend dinner buffet at the Ritz-Carlton, featuring the refined elegance of Japanese cuisine combined with the quintessential flavors of Italian cuisine.
Chef Moka is a Japanese chef of Italian cuisine. After his experience in Italy, he has managed Italian restaurants in Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur. He now spends his winters in Niseko, Hokkaido, Japan.
His delicate and outstanding pasta has many fans. It was a pleasure to meet Chef MOKA for the first time in about 7 years.
The Ritz-Carlton's international buffet, prepared by the chef team, offers a wide variety of delicious dishes such as roast beef, paella, Thai cuisine, grilled skewers, Indian cuisine, and more.

Ramadan Buffet at Courtyard Hotel Kuala Lumpur South.
The variety of items, value for money, and the quality and deliciousness of each dish were all met, making this one of the best hotels to offer a Ramadan buffet!
The team, led by Executive Chef Victor, has created an array of Malay cuisine as well as Chinese, Indian, and Western dishes. The signature Fish Head Curry, the refined Nasi Kelab, the roast chicken and beef grilled to a succulent finish, the Indian spiced fish, the western chicken stewed in tomatoes, and the Chinese fried rice were all of high quality and very tasty. Highly recommended.

エグゼクティブシェフVictorが率いるチームによってマレー料理だけでなく、中華、インド、西洋料理の数々が並びます。シグネイチャーのフィッシュヘッドカリー、洗練されたナシケラブ、ローストチキンやビーフのグリルはジューシーに仕上がっていて、インドのスパイスで焼いた魚も、洋風のチキンのトマト煮込みも、中華のフライドライスも、どれも質が高くとても美味しかったです。とてもオススメ。

Ramadan Buffet at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur. “Sajian Istimewa” means Special Dishes. And the team led by Chef Safee will be serving up specialties from all over Malaysia at outdoor bazaar stalls.
Laksa Johor, Tempoyak (stewed fermented durian) with patin fish, and Malacca's baked coconut sweets (a rarity, I've never seen it before)! etc. I was also pleased to see that Shangri-La's buffet has a wide selection of another non-Malay dishes. You can enjoy high quality Chinese, Italian, Western, Indian, and even seafood such as lobster. Overall, it is luxurious, upscale, and a wonderful place to spend a wonderful time.
