This is the lunch buffet that has been offered at the W Hotel's dining restaurant, Flock, since last month.
I loved the quality and the healthy food.
The buffet includes appetizers (breads and sandwiches, a variety of poke bowls, salads, soup, sushi and sashimi, and vegetable skewers) and a dessert buffet for RM108 nett. If you want to have main dishes, you can choose one of four main dishes for an additional RM48nett.
Perfect for a business meeting or just a chat with friends. You can enjoy a lot of vegetables and feel healthy even though it is a buffet. The skewers of Leek and shiitake mushrooms, beef ciabatta sandwich, and ice cream were my favourite.

アペタイザー(パンやサンドウィッチ、豊富な具材のポケボウルとサラダ、スープ、お寿司とお刺身、野菜の串焼き) それとデザートのビュッフェで税込RM108。メインディッシュをオーダーしたい場合はRM48の追加で4種類から選べます。
ビジネスミーティングや友人とのおしゃべりの場にぴったり。たくさん野菜をいただけて、ビュッフェだけどヘルシーな気分。ネギや椎茸の串焼き、牛のチャバタサンド、アイスクリームなど、とても美味しかったです。

A local restaurant established in Kluang in 1992 has opened in Mount Austin!
A variety of Hakka and home-style dishes unique to this restaurant, such as Bitter gourd Pork Soup and Green Long Bean Rice, and other home-style dishes.
There are some menu items you may want to try. The Mala Milk Pork soup is a mild, yet hot, full-bodied Mala soup. Fried tongue flatfish is a signature dish. It is savory and delicious. Market price is RM7.5 per fish, which is reasonable. Homemade meatballs, Hakka fried pork, and sour nyonya okra are all flavors that make you want to go back on a daily basis. The pineapple jam in the pineapple drink is also homemade.

ゴーヤポークスープや、インゲンご飯など、このお店ならではの客家料理やアレンジした家庭的な料理がいろいろ。ちょっと試してみたくなるメニューがあります。麻辣ミルクポークスープは、マイルドかつしっかり辛いコクのある麻辣スープ。舌平目のフライはシグネイチャー。香ばしくて美味。時価ですが、1尾RM7.5でリーズナブル。自家製ミートボールや客家フライドポーク、酸味のあるニョニャオクラなど、日常的に通いたくなる味ばかり。パイナップルドリンクのパイナップルジャムも自家製だそう。

I felt chefs pride. Roti canal chef & Fried kuaitiao chef’s cooking performance is wonderful. They entertain guests, food taste is of course good.

ロティチャナイやクイティアオゴレンのパフォーマンスが、お客を楽しませる気遣いもあり素晴らしい。シェフの誇りを感じました。
料理もデザートもおいしかったです。特に、大きなピースのチキンサテーや、具沢山のトムヤム味のお鍋がよかったです。

When I enter the Grand Ballroom, vivid and colourful decoration welcomed me. Ramadan Colour and Batik table cross’s Colour combination is so cute! Ghazal music performance also nice.
Around 300 dishes await you. Malay, Chinese, Pizza and stall foods.
I like Teppan Squid and Prawn. It’s very fresh. KK-like menu.
Overall, Food taste is very good. Not too sweet, not too heavy.
Staff’s hospitality also good. I saw many nice smiles. You will have good feeling experience.

ゴルフ場と海に挟まれたリゾート、ザ・パシフィック・ステラホテルのラマダンビュッフェ。
グランドボールルームに入ると、ビビッドでカラフルな装飾が出迎えてくれました。ラマダンカラーの緑色と、バティックのテーブルクロスの色の組み合わせがとてもキュートで、ファンタジーな感じ。ガザルの演奏も素敵です。
約300種類の料理があります。マレー料理、中華料理、ピザ、屋台料理などなど。
私はイカとエビの鉄板焼が気に入りました。とても新鮮で、JBやKLではあまり見ない種類のイカで、すごくコタキナバルっぽい。
全体的に、料理の味は甘すぎず、重すぎず、おいしかったです。
スタッフのホスピタリティも良く、席と席の間のスペースも十分にとられているので、ゆったりとできて良い気分。
ちょっと異国情緒を感じる素敵なラマダンビュッフェでした。

ラマダンが始まりました！
さっそくGBWホテルのラマダンビュッフェに伺いました。今日は200名、明日は300名の予約が入っているとのこと。
野外に広がるライブストールが楽しい。とってもおいしいサテーとラムの丸焼きは大人気で行列ができるので、最初に取りに行くのがベター。
氷のたっぷり入ったドリンクは品揃え豊富で、甘すぎない菊茶やライチティーもあっていい感じ。
デザートはカラフルで可愛らしい。
昨今、JBのラマダンビュッフェの価格はとても上がっているので、3月末までの早期割引でRM78nett というのはかなりお得。子供とシニア料金はいつでもRM48nett。

When I went to Y space, I met this brand first time.

今日は、The Woman of Yeeのラヤファッションショーに出席しました。マレーシアの女性デザイナー、タン・ワン・イー氏によるブランドです。イタリアや中国でデザインの賞も受賞しています。
Yスペースに訪れた時、初めてこのブランドと出会いました。
モダン、キュート、エレガント、そしてバティックのデザインがミックスされた、とてもユニークなブランド。かしこまった席だけでなく、普段でも着ることができそうなデザインもたくさんあります。
今回のラヤ2023コレクションでは、よりエレガントに感じました。そして、ヒジャブのギフトシリーズ(ティフィンや瓶やカゴに入っています。)も追加されました。
美しいYスペースギャラリーにて、キュートなハイティーセットをいただきつつのファッションショー。
お土産の、お茶で書いたデッサンやクッキーも素敵。

ビーチと海が見える明るいレストランで、シグネイチャーはラムの丸焼き。
チキンと野菜がほろほろと煮込まれたスープもおいしかったです。

Do you know this hidden resort with private beach ?
I first time to know!
It’s 90 min drive from JB. The location is south of Desaru. All Room is Sea View with Balcony. Around RM200 per night !
After passing through the toll at Desaru, drive for 30 minutes along a straight road in the palm palm palm, and suddenly this resort appears.
There is nothing around, and the ocean is right in front of you.
The rooms are comfortable as they have been renovated.
There is a large garden, a swimming pool, and a restaurant with lots of smiling staff. The omelettes baked by the head chef were fluffy and delicious.
They also have a water park and adventure park nearby.
A perfect place for a family vacation or a paradise escape from reality.
It was raining this time but would love to stay again on a sunny day.

たぶんほとんどの人が知らないでしょう。隠れリゾート！JBから車で90分。プライベートビーチ付き、全室シービュー、バルコニー付き。1室RM200代のリゾートホテル！
デサルの料金所を通ったあと、パームやしの中のまっすぐな道をひたすら30分運転すると、突如現れるこのリゾート。周りには何もなく、すぐ目の前は海。
リノベーションされているので部屋は快適。
広い庭もプールもあり、笑顔の素敵なスタッフのたくさんいるレストラン。ヘッドシェフの焼いてくれるオムレツは、ふわふわでおいしかった。
ウォーターパークやアドベンチャーパークも近くにあるそう。
家族旅行や現実逃避のパラダイスのためにぴったりの場所。
今回は雨でしたが、晴れている日にまた滞在したい。

Trove hotel’s Ramadan Buffet.
Bazaar stalls line the aisles as you exit the elevator.
The signature dish is Sup Tulang Merah Gearbox (Red beef bone soup), served with a baguette. It has a nostalgic taste like demi-glace sauce with ketchup. There is a wide selection of dishes such as whole roasted lamb, Malay style grilled fish, satay, and otah otah. The laksa Johor is very tasty.
Seafood, vegetables, and fried bananas are served freshly fried on the side.
There is also a large lineup of Chinese dishes.

エレベーターを降りるとバザールの屋台が通路沿いに並びます。
シグネイチャーディッシュはバゲットと食べる、赤いギアボックス(牛骨)スープ。ケチャップ入りのデミグラスソースのような懐かしい味。ラムの丸焼きやマレー風焼き魚、サテー、オタオタなど勢揃い。ラクサジョホールはとてもおいしかったです。
シーフードや野菜、バナナのフライなど、横で揚げたてを提供してくれるのが嬉しい。
中華料理のラインナップも多め。
