The heart-racing Christmas buffet at M World Hotel PJ. What first amazed me was the dessert table—absolutely massive and overflowing with adorable sweets.
Of course, you can enjoy all-you-can-eat luxurious seafood and grilled Wagyu beef. But the feast doesn't stop there: Beef Wellington, roast turkey, herb-crusted lamb rack, BBQ beef ribs, and the live cooking station featuring Mongolian stir-fry and spinach pesto ravioli. There's simply too much delicious food to finish it all.

With the concept of "Bringing Toyosu Market to Malaysia," this shop air-flown seafood from Japan twice weekly. The sea bream and yellowtail from Ainan Town, Ehime Prefecture, were unbelievably delicious!
A hidden gem where you can easily enjoy premium oysters and sashimi. For a RM5 cooking fee, they'll grill any fish displayed in the shop.

Happy 10th Anniversary!
Nobu KL, which opened in 2015, celebrates its 10th anniversary this year!
Owner-chef Nobu Matsuhisa, who has created legends worldwide from Hollywood to Tokyo, London to Dubai, hosted a grand party to which I was invited.
The Sultan's family of Selangor were also present, and we enjoyed exquisite cuisine and champagne, accompanied by taiko drums, violin music, and a laser show.
The Nobu Group operates 77 restaurants across more than 30 countries worldwide. The 2015 opening of the Kuala Lumpur branch marked Nobu's first venture into Southeast Asia.
Nobu KL continually updates its menu, blending Japanese and Peruvian fusion cuisine, merging traditional Japanese techniques with Peruvian influences, and incorporating local ingredients and seasonal elements.

40th Anniversary Culinary Journey @ Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur
Congratulations! Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur celebrated its 40th anniversary yesterday, September 19.
To celebrate, a special "culinary journey" touring the hotel's restaurants was held, and I was invited.
The journey began at Horizon Lounge. Veuve Clicquot champagne was poured into champagne glasses arranged to spell out the number 40. We toasted with a greeting from General Manager Daniel. Moving to Zipangu, we enjoyed three exquisite appetizers by Chef Takizawa, paired with the Japanese sake "Kubota". Next, at Shang Palace, we enjoyed an exquisite soup and fish dish by Chef Keith, paired with Chablis 1er Cru white wine. At Arthur's Bar & Grill, after commentary by Executive Chef Scott, we savored red wine and a 28-day dry-aged steak. The finale was at Lemon Garden, featuring a lemon-themed dessert buffet and coffee.
Every restaurant featured beautiful table settings, making it a delicious and luxurious experience. We received a cute 40th anniversary cupcake as a souvenir.
As one of its fans, I sincerely hope the beloved Shangri-La Hotel Kuala Lumpur continues to make history and thrive for many years to come.

旅はホライゾンラウンジからスタート。40の文字に並べられたシャンパングラスに注がれるヴーヴクリコ。ゼネラルマネージャーのDaniel氏の挨拶で乾杯。Zipanguに移動して、滝沢シェフによる美しい絶品前菜3種と日本酒「久保田」のペアリング。次のShang Palace では、白ワインChablis 1er Cruをいただきつつ、Keithシェフによる極上のスープと魚料理を楽しみ、Arthur’s Bar & Grillでは、エグゼクティブシェフScottによる解説の後、赤ワインと28日ドライエイジングのステーキを楽しみました。締めはLemon Garden にてレモンを使用したデザートのビュッフェとコーヒー。
全てのレストランで美しくテーブルセッティングがされており、おいしくてゴージャスな素晴らしい体験でした。いただいたお土産はキュートな40周年記念カップケーキ。
