Ministry Of Crab is casual fine dining restaurant originating from Colombo, Sri Lanka. Now there are in 7 countries.
The interior had a luxurious feel. Mud crabs and giant prawns could be chosen from numerous sizes, and the sauces were diverse—from simply steamed to chili garlic, chili crab, Sri Lankan curry, black pepper, and soy butter.
You could fill your mouth with the sweetness of the plump, succulent meat.
The hospitality was outstanding. We shared this time, but they'll plate it individually upon request. They changed our plates and finger bowls multiple times.
We thoroughly enjoyed this exceptional crab restaurant with its special atmosphere.

Ministry Of Crabはスリランカのコロンボ発祥のカジュアル・ファインダイニングレストラン。現在7カ国に展開中。
高級感がある店内、マッドクラブと巨大な海老は数多くのサイズから選べて、ただシンプルに蒸したものから、チリガーリック、チリクラブ、スリランカカレー、ブラックペッパー、醤油バターなどソースも多彩。
ぎゅっと詰まったプリプリの身の甘さを口いっぱい頬張れます。
ホスピタリティもすばらしくて、今回はシェアして味わいましたが、お願いすれば1人ずつ盛り付けてくれるとのこと。お皿やフィンガーボウルを何度も交換してくれました。
特別感のある極上の蟹レストランを満喫しました。
