イミグレ横にあるCapri by Fraserホテルにて、2021年のラマダンビュッフェは、Feast & Souk」がテーマ。
料理はマレー料理だけでなく、シェフのお爺さんお婆さんのルーツでもあるミドルイースト料理、モロッコやギリシャやトルコ式の料理も数多く並び魅力的。その上、甘すぎるイメージの中東デザートは、糖分半分カットにアレンジされてて、程よい甘さ。
目新しい料理がたくさんあって、ビリヤニやラムのタジン、うちわエビのペッパーソースなど、日替わりでローテーションされるメインディッシュたちもとてもおいしいです。
BBQコーナーには、この時期ならではの羊の丸焼きも。
スーク:市場コーナーでは、ちょっとセンスの良い雑貨やお菓子などが売っていて、見て歩くのも楽しみ。オススメです。
