The cutlet is prepared to maintain its tenderness after frying.
The bread that sand it is a homemade special milk loaf. ( you can choose homemade Bagel too!)

About Egg sandwich, Eggs are cut into large pieces and have a good texture. He blends smoked mayonnaise and spice mix into it. So it’s professional restaurant’s taste.

Ponderosaの12席だけのレストラン「テロワール」。シェフJonによる、MCO中の特別限定サンドウィッチはいかがですか？
日本風でありながら、シェフらしさが出ているお店の味。
カツは、さっぱりとしたロース部分を、揚げた後も柔らかさを維持して味が良くなるようにブライニングの下処理。パンはじっくりと時間をかけて発酵させた自家製ミルクローフをトースト。カツのソースがついてもべちゃっとせずパン自体に食べ応えがあります。
驚くのはボリューム。ダブルカツと目玉焼きがサンドされていて、一切れ食べるともうお腹いっぱい。
卵サンドにもこだわりが。ベストな茹で具合と大ぶりにカットして食感を感じさせ、マヨネーズにはスモークマヨネーズとスパイスミックスもブレンド。鰹節を感じさせる香りに仕上げ、レストランが作る大人のための卵サンドという感じ。
今回、今日と明日の土日の2日間だけ限定販売します！好評であれば販売延長もあり得ますが、まだ未確定。
サンドするパンはこのミルクローフの他、自家製のベーグルも選べます。
