Wood-fired pizza baked in homemade stone oven is definitely delicious.
We can enjoy Charcoal Grill, Smoked dishes, Pasta, dessert and Milkshake too.
The boss goes to fish market for “Fish And Chips” and seafood pasta. So we love this freshest Fish and Chips. Tartar sauce taste also good.

パルマスジャヤの大上海の並び、ショップロットの左端角に5月にオープンした、バイカーコンセプトのレストランで、店内飲食がスタート。
石窯で薪の火だけで焼く焼きたてピザは、デリバリーでも美味しかったですが、やはりお店でいただくと最高に美味しい！
シェフはシンガポールのブリティッシュレストランで10年以上の経験があるそう。
ソース類もとてもおいしく、味のクオリティが高いので満足感があります。お値段もかなり良心的。
フィッシュ&チップス用の魚やシーフードパスタの魚介も、ポンティアンの魚市場でボスが鮮魚を見て仕入れているそうです。
カリカリでふっくらしたフィッシュアンドチップスは我が家の定番になりそう。
ミートボールもオーダーしましたが、ポテト付きでボリュームタップリ。
ビールを飲みたくなります。(お酒はありません。持ち込みも不可。)
