吃又来 New Come & Eat Restaurant @ Stulang Darat, JB

Teochew porridge, Steamed fish, and Japanese home dishes Restaurant.
I knew this restaurant from someone’s post at Food group of Facebook.
I have interest to see Menu in Japanese.
and went there first time.
They cook daily dishes with fresh ingredients. So menu changes everyday.
We like there very much !
We found Homemade Shiokara ( squid marinade with raw guts. It must be very fresh.) it was dish we’ve been wanting to try for a long time. “Doteni” (Braised Beef Suji with Miso) have a lot of spring onion. It’s Authentic Japanese Izakaya menu.
Grilled Mentai Salmon is big cut.
We felt very nostalgic ! ( rice is not Japanese rice though.)
Eat-in space is small. So if big group, ask seats by calling is better.
I will definitely come again.

ちょっといいお店発見!少し前に、Facebookのフードグループでの投稿を見て、日本語のメニューがあるローカルのお店ということで興味を持ちました。
行ってみると、小さなお店。潮州粥と蒸し魚などの中国料理と、日本の家庭料理を提供しているお店です。その日仕入れた新鮮な食材で作る料理は日替わり。
店主のリナさんと息子さんは日本語も話せる方。以前のご主人が日本人で、大阪で飲食店を営んでいたとか。
自家製の塩辛に感激。土手煮は柔らかな牛すじにネギがたっぷり。サーモン明太焼きは大きな切り身。ごはんはローカルのお米ですが、日本の家庭料理的な懐かしさを感じました。テイクアウトもOK。メニューや席の確認には電話してくださいとのこと。
