父子で経営するコピティアムがオースティンにニューオープン。伝統的なマレーシアのコピティアムメニューが並びますが、中でもおじさんが作るロジャッはみんなが賞賛する味。海老のチーズミーフンは他のコピティアムではあまりないメニューで、人気です。
「すべての料理、ひとつひとつが、シグネイチャーメニューです。」とのこと。私はとくにここのオタオタが気に入りました。
