I came here first time. This time, I had so many kinds of dishes. Like Thai party!
After I finish my lunch, I thought Why I didn’t come more earlier ?
Because All dishes are very tasty. Atmosphere is so nice.
They use only fresh ingredients. Their all sauces are homemade. So we can order spicy level. Anyway everything delicious!
My Top 3 dishes are “ Clay Pot Crab with Vermicelli “, ”Crispy Salad Fish Thai Style” and “ Butter Prawn”.

ニューヨークホテルの左手にあるタイレストラン。(阿波牛と同じ通り)。
リゾートのような雰囲気で、緑いっぱいで水が流れ、200席もあります。
ここは2002年にスタートしてから20年間、オーナーもシェフも変わらないそう。
品数もたくさんあり、冷凍品は使わず新鮮な食材のみ使用。すべてのソース類も一から手作りなので、レススパイシーなどのオーダーも可能。(ペーストを使っているところだと辛さの調整ができない。)
何でもっと早くから通っていなかったのかなと思うほど、全ての料理がおいしくて、塩加減や辛さ加減などのバランスが絶妙でした。
たくさんの種類をいただきましたが、シェフのオススメマークのものをオーダーしたらまず間違いない感じ。
