St. Regis Hotel’s Sunday Brunch Buffet is full of excellence, beauty and delicious.
Executive Chef Keith Hooker and his team provide us happy moments.
I really like their many selection of appetisers. Seafood on ice, Lobster mini sandwiches, Crab tart, Creative sushi, Caviar etc. not only beautiful, very tasty. Their Dessert selection also wonderful.
If you order free flow of Alcohol, there are cocktail menu too.
We will definitely repeat to come.

もう、本当に素敵！毎月来てもいいくらい、大満足の内容。
エグゼクティブシェフのKeith Hooker氏による料理は、ヨーロッパ料理が中心。洗練された前菜とデザートが充実しています。
生牡蠣やズワイガニ、ロブスターなどのシーフード、キャビアやサーモン、ミニロブスターロールやカニのタルト、北海道ホタテのタルタルなど、小さくて上質な前菜、キノアや五穀米を使用した創作お寿司もとても美味しかったです。
デザートは美しいケーキがずらりと並びます。
メインディッシュはプライムローストビーフやラムラック、サーモンのパイ包み。北京ダックやタンドリーチキン、マレー料理も少しあります。
ドリンク飲み放題をつけると、スパークリングワインや数種のカクテルも。
友人たち一同も皆、また来たいというほど、充実した時間を過ごせるビュッフェです。
