It’s Fire grill concept restaurant.
Simple Fire Grill, Freshest ingredients, Salty level, all very match to my preference.
The food and hospitality is getting better and better every time I come.
Appetiser, Fish, Steak, everything so tasty.
And I met special dish “ Amadai matsukasa grill (Tilefish Crispy Scale Grill)”.
It’s quality fish and special cooking way.
Each scale is crispy. Usually we see the cooking way in Japanese dish or French dish.
Normally, the cooking way is on piece of fish fillet. But FirePitz serve it a whole fish !!
Try many kinds of dishes! You will find your most favourite dish!

大好きな直火焼きコンセプトレストラン、FirePitz。
ここのシンプルな直火焼き調理法、新鮮で素材のおいしさが活きた料理、塩加減など、すごく口に合います。素材の味が好きな日本人に向いています。
来るたびに料理の質もサービスも良くなってる。何を食べても美味しいですが、きっとその中でも特に好きな料理が見つかるはず。
甘鯛の松笠焼きはスペシャルな料理。鱗1枚1枚がクリスピーで、ふっくらした鯛の身と素敵なハーモニー。
通常は和食やフレンチで切り身で提供されることがほとんどの料理ですが、ここでは豪快に1匹丸ごと!
ボトルワインもリーズナブル。
