Premium Hand Roll Omakase Lunch at Binchotan JB @ Pelangi, JB

One of the coolest lunch in JB is here!
Binchotan: awarded as one of the “ Top 20 Restaurants 2022” by Tatler Malaysia is Modern Omakase Cuisine.
They start Premium Hand Roll Omakase Lunch from 1st August.
The first delicate and juicy katsu platter is a typical Binchotan dish.
The nori used for the hand-rolled sushi is Maruyama Nori, which is a purveyor of sushi restaurants in Ginza. When you bite into the crisp and flavoursome nori, the sweetness of the scallops and foie gras, the melt-in-your-mouth Uni, fatty tuna, kampachi and the delicious bouncing Ikura spread in your mouth.
One Hand Roll is equivalent to three pc of sushi, so you'll be full after three hand rolls.
All the ingredients used are premium, so everything from the crab and foie gras chawanmushi to the deliciously simple Hata fish soup and the beautiful desserts are a taste of bliss.

今日8/1から、マレーシアで初の「手巻きおまかせコース」ランチがスタートしました。
最初の繊細でジューシーなカツの盛り合わせは、Binchotan らしい一皿。
手巻き寿司に使用する海苔は、銀座の寿司屋御用達の丸山海苔。歯切れと風味が良い海苔を噛むと、口中に広がるホタテとフォアグラの甘み、とろけるウニと中トロ、カンパチと弾けるイクラのおいしさ。
1つでお寿司3巻分のボリュームがあるので、3ついただいたらお腹いっぱい。
使う全ての食材がプレミアムなので、カニとフォアグラの茶碗蒸しやハタの旨味たっぷりのシンプルなスープ、美しいデザートまで、全てが至福の味わいです。
