Renaissance hotel’s Wan Li Chinese restaurant serve 3kinds of Set menu on 21st Jan 2023.
And Sumtuous Treasure Pot” Poon Choi”(16 kinds of ingredients !!) and 3 kinds (Abalone, Salmon, Smoked Duck) of Yee Sang.
We enjoyed “ Prosperity Set” ( RM2688 for 10pax/ RM1688 for 6pax)
7 course dishes started from Abalone Yee Sang. Abundance Treasure pot “ Poon Choi” is full of congratulatory ingredients.
Festive Hakka Yam Abacus Seed is super delicious !

おめでたい伝統的な料理はいかがでしょうか？
ルネッサンスホテルの中華レストランWan Li では、大晦日の2023年1月21日に楽しむ3種類のセットメニューを提供します。
16種類の具材が入った豪華なフォーチュンポット “Poon Choi "と3種類（アワビ、サーモン、スモークダック）のYee Sangは、ご家庭用にもオーダーできます。
今回、Prosperity セットをいただきました。
アワビのイーサンから始まる7品のコース料理。おめでたい食材をふんだんに使った鍋 "Poon Choi"は、牡蠣や海老や鮑や帆立の下には鴨や鶏肉が詰まっていて、その下には椎茸や大根などの野菜が敷き詰められた宝鍋です。
そろばんの名前がついた客家料理は、これもまた富を表すおめでたい料理で、とっても美味しかった。
2023年の繁栄を約束するかのようなディナーをぜひ。
