The theme of the Renaissance Hotel's January through March, pre-Ramadan dinner buffet is Discover This Way.
On weekends, the variety of dishes is the one of best in JB's hotel, including fresh fish, shrimp, and squid grilled over charcoal in the open air, stir-fried carrot cake, and roast duck.
Be sure to get there early for the fresh oysters and the huge sambal stir-fried prawns, as they are very popular.
On the day I visited, tables were set up outside the restaurant and the buffet was a huge success.

ルネッサンスホテルの1月から3月、ラマダン前のディナービュッフェのテーマは、Discover This Way.
週末には、野外での新鮮な魚や海老、イカの炭火焼き、キャロットケーキ炒めやローストダックもあり、料理の品数はJBのホテルでは最も多いと思います。
フレッシュオイスターや巨大な海老のサンバル炒めは人気なのでお早めに。
私が伺った日は、レストランの外までテーブルが配置され、大盛況のビュッフェでした。
