Matcha Eight is a Japanese tea ice cream parlor. After gaining popularity when it opened at Lalaport, a second store opened at The Exchange TRX!
This store has an eat-in space and serves not only ice cream but also traditional Japanese desserts.
Only Matcha Eight offers six varieties of matcha ice cream and two varieties of hojicha ice cream, each with a different intensity. What's more, each type of ice cream is made with tea from a different producer. Master Chef Takuji Takahashi of Kyoto has created the ultimate matcha ice cream by maximizing the flavor and taste of the tea.
The desserts available only at TRX flag shop are also authentic Japanese flavors themselves. If you want to enjoy a wide variety of desserts at once, such as freshly made, melt-in-your-mouth soft warabimochi and hojicha jelly, we recommend the Seasonal Platter.
