Awagyu Group's new brand of kappo, sushi and teppanyaki restaurant, 創 Tsukuru, has just soft opened!
Chef Eric has 20 years of experience as a Japanese chef, including a high-end Japanese restaurant in Singapore, and has been involved in all aspects of Awagyu restaurant since its launch. However, his original specialty was sushi and other seafood dishes. He manage this restaurant with his full potential.
He is good at fine handwork that requires good taste, and his skills and passion are more than enough. Sashimi and sushi, from ingredient selection to preparation, are all delicious items created by focusing on every detail.
There is no fancy presentation that anyone would recognize, so this will be a restaurant that attracts customers who truly understand and love Japanese food.
The Sushi of kohada and Shiroebi (white shrimp) were impressive and delicious.
The Tokushima Wagyu dishes, such as Wagyu beef suji and tongue stew, signature low-temperature-cooked sirloin, and teppanyaki of misuji, are also excellent.
