ニューイヤーイブのディナービュッフェは、すでにほぼ満席だそうです！
実力派シェフたちによる、作りたての料理ははとても美味しいです。ドーサ、麺料理、ラムニという葉を入れた、ペナンに伝わるナシレマラムニ、サーモングラブラックス、マンダリンオレンジ・ライチのテリーヌなどなど。おかわりに並ぶ人が続出でした。
チャイニーズ・セット・ディナー（10名）は8コース。たくさんのアワビ料理、黒トリュフチャーハンなど、縁起の良い料理でお祝いしましょう。
