So delicious! How about to celebrate Chinese New Year with Sichuan dishes ?
It’s the first CNY for very new hotel: “Fourpoints by Sheraton KLCC”. The hotel restaurant SICHUAN KITCHEN serve authentic taste by Sichuan native chef.
I tasted “Private dining room set 1 (RM168/pax). Yee Sang to Dessert, the set include 14 dishes !
Starting with a spicy appetizer, a gentle soup with chicken fluffed up like soft tofu, and a main course of six very satisfying dishes: abalone, sea bream, beef, lamb, chicken, and vegetables. The meal concludes with fried rice and fruit.
It was a very tasty and well balanced set, and I never got bored until the end.
There is also a hot pot course, and this is the only hot pot restaurant in Malaysia that has one in the hotel. You can enjoy delicious Sichuan cuisine in a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere.

11月にオープンしたばかりの新しいホテル、フォーポイントバイシェラトンKLCC。ホテル内のレストラン「SICHUAN KITCHEN」では、四川出身のシェフによる本場の味が楽しめます。
プライベートダイニングセット1(1人あたりRM168)をいただきました。イーサンからデザートまで14品!
スパイシーな前菜からはじまり、鶏肉をおぼろ豆腐のようにふわふわにした優しいスープ、メインディッシュは鮑、金目鯛、牛肉、ラム、鶏肉、野菜と大充実の6品。締めはフライドライスとフルーツ。
メリハリのあるセットで、最後まで飽きずにとても美味しくいただけました。
他に火鍋コースもあり、ホテル内に火鍋レストランがあるのはマレーシアで唯一ここだけ。高級感のある落ち着いた空間でおいしい四川料理がいただけます。
