Doubletree by Hilton Johor Bahru’s Banquet Ramadan buffet is something different ! It is full of entertainment.
When you leave the dining room, a stall runs all the way from the wide hallway to the terrace. A night market inside the hotel, so to speak. The highlight is the fresh durian, which is not normally allowed in hotels!
Since durian is usually not allowed to be brought into the hotel, here durian is eaten freshly peeled on the terrace as if it were from a food stall.
All buffet guests are also given a bottle of the chef's signature homemade green sambal as a souvenir.

ダブルツリーバイヒルトンジョホールバルのバンケットでのラマダンビュッフェはちょっと他とは違う。エンターテイメントに溢れています。食事会場から出ると、広い廊下からテラスまでの間にずっと続くストール。いわばホテル内のナイトマーケット。マレーシアの味が勢揃いで、なんといってもハイライトはフレッシュドリアン！
通常ホテルではドリアンは持ち込み禁止なので、ここではドリアンはテラスで剥きたてを屋台のように食べるスタイル。
そして、ビュッフェ参加者全員に、シェフ自慢の自家製グリーンサンバルの瓶がお土産に配られるのも嬉しい。 並ぶ料理はほぼ全てマレー料理です。
