Happy Mother’s Day !
We had lunch at the Chinese restaurant in Pullman Hotel.
The decor in the restaurant, with its precious red color, is modern, avant-garde and nice.
The menu is Cantonese based, upscale Chinese.
The food was generally well seasoned, with a few exceptions. The dim sum, fried bean curd skin with shrimp and cheese was very delicious. The food was standard compared to the avant-garde atmosphere of the restaurant, so I felt the price was high as ordinary food.
