The St. Regis Hotel, Kuala Lumpur started a new Sunday Brunch.
It's a very nice and elegant buffet like a course meal. Definitely recommend! Would love to go back!
Brunch starts at 12:30, but if you arrive before that time, you can have an aperitif or mocktail and amuse at the Astor Bar next door. After getting in the mood with gin cocktails made in front of you and elaborate and delicate amusements, head to The Brasserie for brunch.
The buffet table is lined with appetizers, seafood and cheese. Caviar, salmon roe, lobster, truffle egg dish - simple and fine.
For the main course, the chef brings a wagon to each table with three dishes to describe. Whole beef Wellington, salmon, and spiced roasted duck with accompaniments. The food is as warm and inviting as a course meal, and the portions are as large as a buffet!
Finish off your Sunday brunch with a lovely dessert from the buffet table. It will be a memorable brunch experience.
